Detailed description of the events:

Me and my group members (Nora, Ender & Alex) where hanging out in Stary around the church /pump.

We have been chatting with different people passing through the town until a guy (Hunter Williams) walks up to us asking for help.

He tells us that two people (one of them: Oleg Mogilevchi) have been spitting on/at him, stripping naked and Hunter Williams also mentions something about them "jerking off".

We (Wolves & some other people around) see two people on the road towards Novy and walk up to them. Hunter Williams points out these were the people he mentioned before. One of the two guys disappears. Oleg Mogilevchi stays and talks to us and denies that he was involved. Hunter Williams & Oleg Mogilevchi start to argue and insult each other. They move away from the group and start talking about about sharing food/bacon. It has been in a very trollish context that did not seem to make sense at all.

Hunter Williams shoots himself in the head. Oleg Mogilevchi starts to freak out. Suddenly the Hunter Williams turned out to be someone he cares about. He starts crying and screaming - in a trolly way, if he was serious about it I would not mind him screaming around. He also runs around shouting weird stuff like "call my dad, the number is on my lunchbox". People start to leave the situation because they point him out as a "mentally unstable" person, so did I.

All in all those two guys seemed to be friends looking for an audience for their "show". The rp was not only bad/trolling, but it also did not leave room for anyone elses rp. It felt like it was the common "I am crazy - look at me" rp with a suicidal ending. I was having nice rp with the people around me before that encounter but it killed all the immersion and RP that was happening prior.

Ender Star POV:

I was having severe connectivity issues, (everyone just running on the spot) so I didn't catch most of it, but what I heard was a person running into the center screaming for help and saying someone had jerked off on him or something. I tried reconnecting because of my connectivity issue, and then I went to where one of them shot himself.

Just prior to that, I got the same issue where everyone was stuck in one spot, but audio still worked, so I heard voices. One of them suddenly started screaming and crying, and I was told over TS that one of them shot himself.

I reconnected again, and we began leaving the city. Most, if not all of us, logged off just after leaving the city.

Brodie Kamizir POV:

I arrived in Stary to find Mary and a few of the Wolves, Angelina, Hunter Williams and Oleg Mogilevchi. Immediatley Oleg and Hunter's RP is questionable, but then it becomes more sexual as soon as they try to get ontop of the girls that are in the area. They try saying very openly sexual things and force themselves upon them. Hunter then procedes to kill themself without explanation, they just decided to kill themselves. Oleg for the whole time was trying to get the girls to follow him into a building or barn and also force himself upon them, making some questionable remarks.

My POV I ran into two men, Oleg started saying I have "great thunder thighs" and went behind buildings to reiterate "jerking off" I come around the building wall to see what hes doing and his pants is off. Hunter williams is going insane because Oleg and his brother are making gay remarks then when hunter asks them to repeat they say something normal. Hunter then runs away to run into a group and tells them whats going on still emotionally distressed at what's been seen/heard. After Oleg doesn't admit to his wrong doing's and a sign of the group leaving hunter couldn't take it anymore and killed himself Which I have every right to say/admit after all this emotional distress ADDED the world has ended hunter killed himself. Ill post a video of this interaction it will have to be edited due to lack of internet speed. Its not bad RP seeing as how A LOT was said and done before your group stumbled upon NOVY. ALSO IMPORTANT FACT! I did not know Oleg or his brother prior to RPing IG.

What I am stating is. Hunter was upset that the world ended was suicidal as it was... he lost everything, ran into these two guys in hope to have a nice conversation and bring hope that people out there are normal and willing to help humanity to survive/strive. After all the gay remarks and then them telling me they are stating something completely different hunter was going insane HAD TO be going insane. After asking the group for help and them hinting at leaving after calling Oleg and myself idiots I couldn't take the insanity and killed myself. Video will be uploaded to show my full POV it wasn't the first time I was about to off myself I attempted to infront of Oleg and his brother as well which is in the video. I will not respond any further unless admin/GM needs me to.

Although I think shooting himself in the head was slightly out of the blue, I thought it impacted the RP hugely, causing a wave of emotions.

In reference to Oleg, he is a very quirky character who barely spoke to the abrupt Mary, as he would not enjoy her company...

I urge people from last night's RP to come forward and state their sides, because there was an awful lot of laughter (on par with the severity of hunters suicide of course).

I didn't make a report for Olegs sexual remarks due to the fact it came in line with me becoming more mental enough to where I snap and shoot myself in the head. BTW no comments I made were sexual one bit, I was the one creep-ed out by the sexual comments made by Oleg.

Angelina's POV:

I went to Stary by myself where I met a few people. We started to talk around the water pump as a man ran up to us and desperately asked for help, mentioning being treated badly, using words that made it difficult to take him seriously. But we decided to check what was wrong, ending up in a bit of a chaotic roleplay between the two men, before the one that asked us for helped shot himself, which was very unexpected. But I think the roleplay that was done by the people who witnessed it afterwards made it acceptable. 

I decided to stick around with the roleplay for a little bit longer even if it was a bit messy, simply because I found it entertaining. I believe we must have been at one point over 10 people up on the hill above Stary talking, just having a laugh even if wasn't as serious as most prefer.

As I stated in the POV above I had to cut video due to lack of internet speeds 36 minute video is enough substantial proof of my characters RP i cut out the non talking not relevant parts to shorten video for quicker upload otherwise it would take me 24 hours to upload and I work from home can't do that.

Not sure what POV you need from me as I had left before the author of this report arrived.

Sorry, meant to post more than that. Typing this on a cell phone as not at home right now. Earlier I had been kidnapped and rescued so was role-playing trying to find Melody and Zero when I started role-playing in stary with oleg, Hunter and another random guy for a few minutes I then left for a period of time to meet a friend about the kidnapping thing. I came back a while later and Hunter and Oleg were role-playing with one another and appeared to be having fun. Hunter was rping being paranoid, and Oleg was rping feeding his paranoia. I don't think I ever said I was his brother, but I remember saying something along the lines of what would your parents think to what you're doing, and then rp'd telling him off, so I guess it might have come across that way. I've known Oleg for a while, but Hunter I've never met before. Hunter left and I then left to meet up with my other friends. Hopefully there is a video from Hunter as my memory is hazy, as I had my own Rp drama ongoing with some other friends having been kidnapped and rescued shortly before this all took place. I was not around to speak to Mary and did not see the suicide mentioned, although Hunter did do the suicide pose earlier and Oleg and I talked him out of it. Obviously I can't comment on this report because I was not witness to what Mary saw, however I feel Oleg and Hunter were having a fun and consentual RP session between the two of them which I guess might have appeared trolly to those that had not been there for the build up. I certainly thought it was fun. I don't really see the report forum as an appropriate place for this, and feel if you had an issue with how others role-playing the general forum would have been a better place to touch base and start an actual debate on what you consider good roleplay. I don't believe Oleg to be a troll at all and have had many good Rp sessions with him. Ultimately this is a matter of personal opinion as to what constitutes good Rp. As someone that has been an active online roleplayer for coming on 20 years, I can honestly say it's the quirky characters you meet that make things interesting. With the lack of Zombies right now in standalone, weirdos like Hunter, Oleg, and the many others that inhabit Dayzrp make this a fun community to come back too. Sorry for the lack of paragraphs, my phone won't let me make a space!

Verdict: Hunter Williams and Oleg Mogilevchi -GUILTY

Reason: After reviewing the eviedence provided the staff team reviewing this case has come to the following conclusion:

First let me start this out by quoting the rules directly:

"As such, we require our members to behave maturely." In no way shape or form is this considered behaving maturely. From the start of all the videos we received regarding this report, it all starts with trolling. Something that has no place within this community what so ever, and yet here we are watching videos that can't be taken in any other light than simply trolling. In fact  we fail to see how the accused would see this as anything other than such and why it would be acceptable role-play within the community.

Hunter: Given your time here you should know without a reasonable doubt that this isn't acceptable roleplay. The way you acted in this situation leaves much to be desired. Also NVFL is not acceptable just because "your character is going insane." You say that you killed yourself due to Oleg not telling the truth, the group deciding to leave , and the state of the world. while the state of the world may be  a reason for doing so the others are not.

Oleg: You have also been here long enough to know what isn't and is acceptable role-play.

Due to the nature of this report and the acts committed by the accused  we do not feel safe allowing you to continue having a presence in this community and as such the following applies:
