2015 Staff Member of the Year

1. Rules and Requirements

• Nominations are for individuals who have been staff members for at least 3+ months during 2015 and have contributed to the community in an exceptional way.
  
• You need to have a reason and proof of the nomination, it can be your own story, a thread, video or other media that would support the nomination.
  
• Serious nominations only. Permabanned players or players on final warnings are ineligible for nomination. Staff members who were kicked from the staff are not eligible.
  
• A person needs 10 nominations before they qualify for the voting stage.
  
• You can only post 1 nomination per award!

3. Award

The winner receives MVP rank and award title below his username. The winner will be given an option to choose the color of the award together with Rolle.

Nominee: Terra.

Reason: A very dedicated staff member that designates a lot of her time to writing verdicts and Admin work. She's also real chill (when she's not scary) and nice to talk too. 

Evidence: Endless ban appeals and report verdicts.

[AndreyQ]

Nominee: Shark

Reason: He has been an incredible staff member throughout the year. He was one if the not the most active member of staff and he has a rarely seen connection with the community.

Evidence: The report section and ban appeal section should be clear evidence of his activity and great work overall. Also he has the biggest number of beanz, proof of his close connection with the members of this community.

Nominee: Terra

Reason: Constant professional who works her ass off with admin work. Really funny person to talk to when shes not reminding us of The Game and trolling me by telling me I was still banned when I got unbanned. Plus she will probably skin me if I dont make this so yeah.

Evidence: There is an abundance of evidence from all her posts/verdicts as well as all the whitelists and other admin things.

Nominee: Echo

Reason: Tireless efforts throughout his time in staff. From March until October, never took a day off until the end. His level of activity both in game, in TS, on the forums, etc. was phenomenal. Also strived for improvement from within staff with constant suggestions on how to improve.

Nominee: Kattica

Reason: She joined the Staff team and adjusted very quickly. She is always helpful and reachable for everyone. She moved fast from CH to GM for a reason. She is very calm, even in heated situation. Dedicated to the community with all her heart.

Nominee: Shark

Reason: He is really a standout staff member and is very active, I notice him solving appeals reports and question threads extremely often. Not only that, but he has reached admin within a very short time, which is evidence of his good work.

Evidence: Reports/appeals/question sections show his good work, his high bean count also shows how he is very much appreciated.

Nominee: Conor

Reason: A very dedicated staff member that you can always count on. Helpful, funny, friendly and so much more. He's had a great run so far and I am proud of him for coming this far and keeping the pace and dedicating all his time into this community.

Reason: Always can get a good laugh out of her response to reports and ban appeals

Reason: I have been in staff with her long time and saw her dedication there, and now from outside. Her level of dedication and professionalism is outstanding.

Evidence: Evidence is everywhere.

Nominee: Echo

Reason: One of the few staff members that stood beside Rolle during the whole controversy and drama over the summer. He offered up his duties to become an admin with already enough on his plate as a gamemaster. A real pleasure to talk to if you had an issue, offering his services in the help desk despite him being an admin/gamemaster. Not to mention the countless reports he dedicated his time to and other such staff duties.

Nominee: Shark

Reason: Joined January 2015, Rose to the ranks of Admin,when I was in staff and now looking outside from it - he is a very hard worker, I believe he deserves his efforts paid for .

Evidence: Everywhere, Probably one of the most active/liked people in the community as well as a staff member

Nominee: Terra

Reason: Longest standing staff member, commitment over 9000 with 2015 being no exception.

Evidence: Terra loves DayZRP and DayZRP loves Terra. Since 2013 hundreds if not thousands of hours spent on DayZRP related staff work, helping to shape the community into what it is today.

Reason: She puts so much time and effort in her work.

Evidence: The proof is everywhere you look!

[Clare]

Nominee: Echo

Reason: One of the most well-rounded people in the community. He really enjoyed taking his time to help others and would go out his way to do so. As others have said, he rarely took a break and was always trying to improve. 

Evidence: Everything he accomplished in his time on the Staff team, his posts and the amount of respect he's earned and still has despite stepping down as Admin this year.

Reason: Always helping people. Always doing everything she can to sort out the problems for people IC and OOC. Just an amazing person in general.

Evidence: I think the forums can prove what I'm saying and a few people can agree with me.

Nominee:  Shark

Reason:  He's the most active staff member and it's pretty clear just from the standpoint of a community member.  Not only that but he is the fastest growing staff member that I've seen, not even being here a year and making admin already is a hell of a feat.  He's also pretty popular as shown by his beans.  He also carries me in Rocket League, but that is completely unrelated.

Nominee: Shark

Reason: As he joined staff he quickly went through the ranks due to his activity. He was always on top of things as a game master and still as a admin. When I was staff I would remember if a report was posted before you could blink he would have the logs for it. Any other person with his type of activity would in my opinion burned out long ago. Being able to become a admin within a year of joining shows how much of a asset he is for staff.

Reason:He is the god damn president right there. All the ups an downs aside still puts on the servers and goes through the trouble of managing all the stuff. Money problem aside as well

Reason:Shark is one or the best staff members i've ever seen, He's always ready to help no matter the odds and is really easy and great to talk to. He's climbed the ranks of staff so fast its as if he was promoted straight from CH to admin

Reason: The man is reasonable. He and I have gotten into scuffles in the past and he's professional enough to not take things personally. 10/10 attitude when it comes to Staff mentality.

Reason: Always has been approachable, does his job well, and has achieved a lot since his became a CH. I never feel like I can't talk with him about any issue. He is definitely a staff member to look up to.

Reason: What a machine she is. Not only a great roleplayer, but she provides excellent support, with a smile at all times! Kattica has proven to many, her ability to help and serve the community time and time again, even if said time was done in a short period (CH to GM faster than the speed of light). Yes, I know Kattica, but even if I didn't know who she was, it would be plain obvious how great she can be for this community just by what others are saying about her. Don't stop Kat. You're a true warrior amongst us! 

Evidence: I don't even think I need to provide any evidence here. She's always there, involved and ready to help (reports, ts and so on)
