I heard that a normal GTX 660 (non-ti) can run it at about 40 settings maxed out with an i5 3570k, you should get to about 50 to 60 and around 40 in cities!

I run Arma 2 with low-medium settings to maximize FPS (~50) from an HD7850 OC, a card roughly similar to a GTX660, paired with Intel 3570k @4.2 GHz.

Welcome to the brotherhood!

I run it with everything on normal with all the filters and post processing turned off. Truth is this game is CPU heavy. AMD chips handle it better.
