Why the verdict is not fair:

      The verdict is not fair because, first off there was no legitimate evidence of me trolling with my voice, I think it is unfair to determine if someone is trolling or not just by the way their voice sounds. At the time I was role-playing as a 9 year old boy that is searching for his father and I don't know any 9 years old that sound like their 15, I was purposely making my voice higher to have enhanced roleplay, at the time I do admit to being 15 and not being the required age of 16 to play on the server. The reason I did this is because I was less than a month away from turning 16 and wanted to play. Secondly, I think that the RDM x3 is extremely unfair because I did not throw a punch at Hank until he swung his splitting axe at me for attacking his friend which was Daniel. Also there was no evidence of Daniel saying no to the fist fight before I confronted Hank, for all we know Daniel could have agreed and I was looking for someone to fight after I finished with Daniel. I do agree for attacking the female in the doorway while being chased by Daniel, that was attempt of RDM and shouldn't have been done. Finally to BadRP, as said by someone on the ban post I was role playing as a 9 year old boy looking for his father and a kid not being guided by his dad is lost and has no one to guide him. By saying this I was lost at the time and from seeing others die I developed a hatred for others and released my anger on the people that separated me from my dad which are humans. I understand for being charged with 1 count of Attempt of RDM but other than that the rest were not proven by video evidence.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

     My point of view of this situation was, I was in Elektro the day before this happened, I met up with a group of guys that said they would help me find my father and we would go up North loot some and eventually look for my father. I ended up losing the group while looting I checked everywhere in Elektro and didn't find anyone so I logged off for the night and go on the next day. I found Daniel Hank and the girl in Elektro I was mad that the group ditched me and I didn't want to leave the city on my own so I decided to relieve my anger on a fellow stranger. I asked Hank for a fair fight and he declined so I went back to the fire station and threw a punch near Daniel. Hank came up to me with his axe in hand and tried to swing so I ran into the fire station and grabbed the nearest weapon I could find to defend myself. After awhile of fighting I ran into a corridor and the woman was there but I panicked while Hank was behind me. I was trapped so I swung and hit her to get her out of the way, I should not have done that.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

    I would like to get the Final Warning Punishment, I am fully aware of what this is and I am 100% okay with receiving it. If I do become unbanned I will be active for 3 months and will not get in trouble at all, and if I do break any rules I understand that I will be permanently banned from DayzRP and will not ask to be unbanned again. I also will apply to get my 25 points taken off of my record at the end of the three months. I will create a whole new character and redo the whitelist application if that is requested by the admins.

What could you have done better?:

      Going back to the verdict, I did not agree with the two out of three the attempts of RDM. I understand that I hit the girl when I wasn't supposed to and that was wrong of me I never should have swung my crowbar at her, instead I should have asked her to move out of the door way. In the future I will not roleplay as a child and keep my RP at an older age level , like 20 or 30 years old. I also should have waited the extra month before applying to the server. I should have never applied under age or I wouldn't have been in this mess. I am sincerely sorry for the acts I have committed in the past and if I am given a second chance I will not let this community down.

   You now admit to being underage. On the first image provided in this post, you also agreed that you were in fact a minimum of 16 years old. Obviously this was not the case. This is obviously against our rules as you're very much aware. Lying on the whitelist will get you nothing but a quick ticket out of this community, which is precisely where you've found yourself. We have no place for people who choose to lie in this community.

   This is false. You take two swings at Daniel, then once towards Hank. Watch the video again if necessary.

   You admit to RDM, we know you attempted to RDM another, and if anyone would know if Daniel agreed or not, it would be one of you two. Daniel stated he told you to back off and stop; however, you insisted on fighting.

   Your story has changed drastically from your previous appeal. Suddenly you wish to dispute the charges; however, you were perfectly fine to accept them last time. Perhaps put more thought going forward. In addition, you state you were roleplaying as a 9 year old child. While that is acceptable, you must still follow all rules. I would argue you broke No Value for Life in this situation as you attempted to take on two armed men with nothing but your fists. In addition, listening to the comments throughout the video, you decided to treat this like a public server. Unlike a public server, we reserve the right to restrict access to you going forward.
   With everything above, we see no reason to overturn the verdict. And as stated before, better luck elsewhere.
