Why the verdict is not fair:

i told the person to get on the floor 3 times. i don't know if there was communication problems for the other player but i told him to get down 3 times he seemed to turn so i shot him.  i understand it happened quick but this was not KOS by any means.

i did not have time to post my POV because i have only now seen that i have been banned from the server. 

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

to be unbanned

give him more time to react but to me it seemed like he was about to turn and shoot me.

Verdict:

Nathan Axton - RDM [INCONCLUSIVE]

Reason:

After reviewing what little evidence we have we have decided that we cannot punish Nathan Axton for RDM. Both accused and OP have versions of what happened in this situation but it does appear the OP heard the initiation whilst having his weapon in his hands and without a video of the situation we cannot judge what actually happened to make the accused kill his victim.

We would like to say however that next time its always wise to prioritise RP and give abit more time before pulling the trigger even if it does look like your victim may not be complying. Its better to hold back and judge the whole situation.
