Detailed description of the events: 

We got into some shit at GM, I left to drop off some gear, came back to GM to see if anyone was still there. I see someone leave towards Pogo, and I decide to enter the compound. A guy is in there, pulse checks me multiple times and seems more preoccupied with his radio than with me. He says he's thirsty and asks for help. I say I have nothing to give him, and then I ask about the people that were there. He doesn't answer that question and asks if he can help me. I immediately get spooked because I can hear people in his background, I'm alone, and it seems like he's trying to keep me there for his buddy to come rob me or something. I leave, and he decides to follow me. I tell the boys I'm being followed by a sketchy dude, and they say to go towards Pogo. I do so, and stop in the middle of the field to confront him after I told him to stop following me a couple times. He asks for food this time, I say there is a town down the hill with a pump and apple trees. After I tell him this, he aims his gun at me, thanks me, and kills me.

There was absolutely no initiation, no hostile actions, no shots beforehand, nothing would give him KoS rights (unless he was with one of the guys we had taken hostage for killing our friend earlier, but I doubt that because he barely spoke english).

Jerry POV:  I log onto s1.  I run down to pogerevka when Dusty says someone sketchy is following him and Brandon gets shots on the guy.  We get a description of the guy and then Brandon starts taking shots at him after he killed Dusty.  Apparently he was hit multiple times meanwhile I am talking to a British chap in pogerevka.  I then decide to go up to the mountain when the man who killed Dusty runs over to me and starts screaming "Help I am bleeding" and so on.  Here's the weird thing though.  He actually had two people next to his microphone screaming at me.  So two players were playing... What?  Anyways I figured he would just KOS me too so I put a couple of rounds in his face.
