Why the verdict is not fair:

I am making this in order to retrieve my old account details so I may be able to play again.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

As an old whitelisted player of DayZRP (more than a year ago) I have lost access to my old account. The problem is that I have forgotten all details of my original account, except for the fact that my character name was Josh and that the email I used was -snip- . I'm really not sure what I can actually do to retrieve it.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

To get my old account details back so that I can resume play on DayZRP.

What could you have done better?:

I should have recorded my details somewhere, it was ridiculous for me not to assume I would want to play again someday.

If you know what mail address you used you should be able to locate the email that was sent to you with the account settings.

The problem is that back then I used several emails, i'm 99% certain that the one I listed is what I used. I'll go back and look through and hopefully be able to find the original email. If I can't then i'll look through the other 3 or 4 email addresses I used at the time.

I'm sorry I just derped for a minute. The reason I stopped using the prior email is that for a number of reasons I don't have access to it anymore. I thought that by providing it you may be able to see in the website logs or something the username/password I used.

Hi Oscar,

Myself and other admins have looked into your claims of having a previous account, and we did in fact locate the account. However, the account was pruned some time ago for inactivity, and we found no evidence of any bans having been placed against you during your previous stint within the community. With this information and unable to find any signs of foul play, we will unban your account.

As you have been away from the community for some time, we recommend you of course refresh yourself with our rules and the lore before whitelisting. Should you have any issues or have any questions, get into contact with a Community Helper via private message or join the TeamSpeak helpdesk.
