Detailed description of the events: 

We took two people hostage in Stary after believing they were holding up a man (who we just discovered was Sergei). After about an hour of RP'ing with the hostages we execute one and prepare to release the second. As we are wrapping up the RP, Keith Steele (Emerald Archer) is shot and instantly killed by a Sergei. Directly after Keith is killed, Morne du Plesis (Michael Nolan) is also shot by the same shooter and falls unconscious. As we are spreading out to find the shooter, Nolan bleeds out. After a few minutes, the shooter returns and rushes the barn full of fully armed men with a repeater, shoots Zach Thompson (Dr Brandon), and is instantly gunned down. 

KOS: We have confirmed with the men we had hostage that Sergei was not with them and in no way did he have KOS rights on us. 

NVFL: Sergei rushed a building that had 8 fully armed men when he had a repeater. Then after killing two people, he tried to return to the barn and kill the other 6 and is instantly killed.

Morne du Plesis POV:

I was standing behind the hostage (Marco Cappadona) when I saw Keith Steele fall to the ground (presumably at that point) dead. I don't recall hearing a gunshot however that could be poor memory or a glitch. I ran forwards, was shot and fell unconscious immediately. I woke up after half a minute then died whilst being bandaged.

My PoV

Was in Starry barn rping with the hostage we had. I raise my gun at my hostage to scare him a bit. Within about 5 seconds of aiming at him I was killed instantly. No initiation or anything. After dying we asked the men we had hostage if they had friends run in to save them and they confirmed that he wasn't part of their group. Therefore this man had no KoS rights on us.

Was RPing with the hostages and all when I see Archer get shot in his pretty face and Nolan got hit several times and got knocked out.

There was no text/voice initiation what so ever. I will post my video evidence in the morning as I have to edit it down from 2 hours of RP.

They were Austin Matthews and Marco Cappadona. We spoke to both of them after the situation and they informed us Sergei was never apart of their group, so OOC. I believe they are willing to post a POV as well.

My POV :

I was the last hostage that was about to get released. I was on my knees waiting and I heard a bullet crack above my head and hit the guy in front of me who fall on the group (Presume dead) Then i heard 1 or 2 other shots and I see another guy bleeding, then fall on the ground. All the others guys alive ran for cover and after a few minutes of chaos I was released and order to run south and I ran.

I confirm that the guy who shot them, Sergei, was not with us. BUT He was the guy that the FFL thought we were robbing but in fact we were just talking with him about something. He apparently came back to try to save us, but he had no KOS right on them, at least not from us. Neither me nor Austin had the time to call for backup over the radio since first we were the only two online from our group and we didn't had the time to use our radio.

Sergei POV :

I was being held up earlier in Novy by atleast 2 (?) different groups, some of them were wearing red armbands. They beated the shit out of me and it was good hostage-rp from those couple of guys. After a while they let me go, but before I was able to leave the shed, another 2 guys walked in and kept me there for another 5-10 minutes. They told me that they were cannibals and that they didn't like that I tried to look for slavers. Apparently someone with a red berret heard them calling me a slaver and when the door opened, a dude with a red berret also acted aggressivily towards me. While I was being held hostage I told them that ''Sergei never forget''. I proceeded to run to Vybor police station, found a repeater, came all the way back to Novy. My intentions at first was to get those two guys as hostage but they realised that it was me, and they ran away. I was hiding in Novy for awhile, until I approached the barn, and heard a hostage-situation going on. I realized that the hostage-takers were the red berret guys. I was not sure who the hostages were at the time. I climbed up the stairs to get a good shot and took a shot. I then ran to the barn nearby and stayed there for awhile. Sergei is a very tactical little fella, so he sneaked silently past the patrols and got a jump on the one guy who apparently was abusing the third-person camera view through some cracks on the wall. Unfortunately I screwed up the headshot and didn't get that guy, after which he killed me. I don't feel that I did anything wrong in this situation.

I had to edit some parts it was over an hour of video and I got a problem with my recording program. It didnt record my voice so I had to cut saome part for my youtube channel. Dont worry you see the most important part. The part that i cut out was only when nothing happened or I was talking. Sincer you cant hear me I took them out.

You are mistaking right now. The first group who beat you up had Orange armband, the group that you attacked have red armband. So you can't have KOS rights since its not the same group.

Well I was being held up by many people in a row and as you can see in the video, you were pointing the guns at me when the door was opened. I was told there are alot of people around if I try anything back in the shed. I honestly thought ( and I think that is an understandable mistake in that case ) that you guys were somehow part of it. There were people outside the shed throughout the whole hold up, and when the door was opened, you were there =>weapons up pointing at me<= . Sorry for going back and forth.

Ok so im going to say what happend from my point of view. I was in Stary, how do i say teaching a slave trader a lesson, which was Sergei. After that the French came up to us after we let Sergei go and Sergei was heading north. the french held Marco and I up. which was fine. After heading to the barn i was being interagated (forgive my spelling) and I was asked questions, by this time Sergei was long gone. Or at least i assumed. After the interagation I was heading outside with some of the french. I was executed after heading outside wich was within the rules. I respawned and when i did, Marco said over teamspeak saying something about the french getting shot from somebody. After that I logged out because I was tired anyway. anything else you wanna ask just tell me.

Verdict:  Sergei Bouchki -KOS/NVFL- Guilty  

Reason: After reviewing all the evidence provided the staff team, reviewing this report have come to the following:

Sergei you say that the French foreign legion threatened you. However, with the video provided we see that this does not happen. Nothing that's  the French foreign legion did provided you with  KOS rights which you claimed you had, in fact they saved you from your hostage takers. While we understand some confusion might come from having multiple people there, you're always required to check your targets to make sure you have KOS rights.

 We would also like to touch on the NVFL displayed by you. If you take a look at the rules you will see the following under what not to do:

 

You shot at a group of six plus people, with so many people present and you being the only person on your side, we can see no other alternate outcome  other then your characters death or why he would even believe he would survive the ordeal.

In this time away from the game we suggest you reread our rules to prevent situations like these from happening in the future.

With the above stated the following applies:
