Why the verdict is not fair:

I was not mocking another community member.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

For me to be mocking said member of the community, this would require, I, the suspect, to have actually "mocked" his post. When I did indeed, not do as such. To mock, would be for to make fun of what he did, as in copy pasting what he posted earlier that I was "mocking", or for me to make fun of what he did in a very rude, and unsettling manor, almost like a personal attack. Which this obviously was not.

The problem with your post is that you were indeed mocking someone.  You can deny it, but the simple fact is you were putting a negative spin on someone who was simply trying to help out in the community.  The staff team will not tolerate this, you are welcome to your opinion, but flaming someones good intentions cannot be allowed to continue here.  

In your last line you have the correct frame of mind, this was a situation where you should have not posted.  Unfortunately you chose to and this is the reason why the points will stand.
