A Message To My Brothers Killer (Open Frequency)

*Vladimir Picks up his radio and begins to broadcast a message*

 This is a message to my brothers killer, I know who're my friend and let me tell you this that your days on this earth are numbered you fucking arsehole. I don't know how long it will take but mark my word I will find you and I will kill you in an extremely slow manner, remember this my friend its only a matter of time until I find Chuck. Yes someone told me it was you who killed Dimitri, now I have a name it will make this hunt so much easier. 

*A gun can be heard loading in the background*

 This is a message to anyone else who can hear this, if you find this man named Chuck before I do then please try and get in touch with me over the radio because helping this coward will only make things worse.

First things first.. To the people bad mouthing Dimitri show some fucking respect.

That being said..... Your brother was a strange man I knew him well, However he choose a path knowing the consequences...... Myself and others warned him what would happen if he choose that path he made his own decision and he faced the consequences.

We have all lost my friend the thing that defines who you are is what you do from here.... Coming after chuck is not an option.

 So let me get this straight someone deserved to die because they had an annoying voice? my friend do you honestly have nothing better to do with yourself apart from making shit one answer remarks over the radio? pathetic to say the least.

You misunderstand these "Silly decisions" ..... He was part of a group that caused war's... Killed innocent people....... Murdered and pillaged.....

Now his reasons for doing this was "Silly" he followed a man with no hope and no morals and they all died.

When we found him he knew what we were trying to achieve we wanted to rebuild we wanted to give him a second chance.....To move past his old ways and he threw that away and like I said he faced the consequences ...

Now you say why defend a killer? Your brother was a killer and he wanted to return to his old ways...... We did not defend a killer.... We killed a killer.

your brother knew the risk when he took the path, since the first day he wore the mask, he knew that day will come to an end. We could've saved him, beaten some sense into him, take it too far and ended up slaughtering him like a pig, or we could've unleashed him upon the world like a ravishing beast whose hunger know no bounds.

in the end.. still forced to cut him down in his path, sent him among the world like a hunted animal. With friends and foes alike wanting to hunt him... he died like he wanted... like the idol he admired so much, by the hands of a brother. don't you see he irony in that? he died like Mel'nik
