Why the verdict is not fair:

Ellie specified it was an unnecessary post. I was not aware that posting in a radio thread that I had the frequency to was unnecessary.

die kaplyn used to go into their frequency a lot and he gave me their frequency IC a few times when we had captured wolves. They have also given it to us in some occasions when we were doing hostage negotiation.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Get my points revoked and my final warning re-reviewed as I don't find it fair that an invalid warning that was given to me is the reason that i'm back on final warning.

What could you have done better?:

The warning points are justified in the eyes of the admin team. We have received multiple messages regarding your possession of the frequency, that it might have been metagamed between characters etc, and that's not really the reason you got the points. The reason for warning points is that the post and message itself is useless, regardless if you know the frequency or not. It doesn't convey any serious or meaningful message to other characters involved in the radio chatter conversation. It's what I would normally call shitposting on someones thread.

As for the final warning, even without this particular warning for useless post, you've received a total of 13 warning points since your final warning was removed and your attitude and behavior has left much to be desired. As we wrote in your final warning ban appeal, the final warning will be put back if your behavior deteriorates again.
