Why the verdict is not fair:

I mean I personally feel this is unfair as there was memes against Rolle and people got away with it and such AND for the points to last 2 months is abit over the top

I was upset that someone I called a friend did what they did... So I guess I acted a little out of anger but I apologised to a few people via Pm's

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Removal or at least for them to be reduced to a month..

What could you have done better?:

Not posted on the forums when angry.

As seen in this thread, you are only allowed to appeal your most recent punishment (see spoiler below).
