for payment. that can be discussed on location. I keep my prices fair for example 3 cans of food for bullet removal and stitching and check ups to make sure recovery is going smooth.

That one price of 3 cans will get you patched up and also the therapy after that to ensure good recovery.

 And the patient does not have to pay up front because i will visit you again to do a check up so you have the time.

This way i can feed my self and help you.

On a side note i am looking for a electrical engineer.

Anyone that can help me repair some equipment i use in the lab.

did the patient not need to pay insurance?

do you not need to eat?

You have a skill people need and you have a stomach that needs to be filled.

not to mention the supplies that are needed.

i am not as stupid to do it for free.

also you where rumored to be dead...

if you don't need to scavenge for supplies then you can do your job more efficiently 

if you not take advantage of an essential skill like a medical skill set you are a fool.

and also i do not ask for unreasonable prices.

doctor i sugest you re-asses your pricing.

you expend energy looking for suplies to pull the bullet out of people you risk infection.

without you people die is it so insane to want something in return?

Look im not gonna change the way I help people. Im not gonna take supplies from people who need it. I will find my own food. I will just grow food myself if it gets to there.

Nothing in life is free.

I live life so both sides win.

I provide a service people pay for.

And i also have my research to do.

And long term treatment to do.

So these payments ensure i can do my job.

Just yesterday i talked to 6 patients that needed a check up.

Prep the lab for new samples.

And go to 1 new patient.

You could join my ventures and you will find the prices are reasonable.

And you will find that it is no longer just survival it starts to turn into living.

of course i need to ensure you have the skills you claim to have but that should not be to much of a problem.

Please ask for my help whenever you may need it. This deal sounds like a good exchange and, should I be able to complete the task at hand, would benefit both of us greatly."

*He dials his radio to another frequency and carries on with menial tasks to keep himself occupied*

"It is true! There are more still than I imagined! I am Kovac, thoracic surgeon specialised with trauma victims, it is good to hear from someone who has similar intentions. I too do a bit of medical work here and there but only ever in trade for medical supplies, food you see seems so irrelevant when a life perishes from lack of good tincture and roll. We should talk some day and reminisce on the old times when the nurses were still good looking eh?

Perhaps there is interest in forming a trauma team of sorts?

*Leaning back Kovac breathes out depely, it is relieving to hear from someone who speaks the same language as you, it gives you comfort that you are not there alone*

Hello Doc, my name is Sean Kelly and a very long time ago i was shot with a bullet that shattered upon impacted, meaning that i had fragments stuck within my vocal cords and my larynx. I had a Mr Dr Heinz perform an operation not long ago but was given the bad news that there are still fragments lodged here and there, if you could get back to me that would be great, i just wanted to let you know ahead of time rather than me just turning up out of nowhere, if you could let me know where you will be within the next few days that would be fantastic, i can give you whatever you need as i am out scavenging right now. Medical supplies? Food? Ammo? Whatever it takes to get my voice back, thanks Doc.

Well that is good to hear.

I am looking to expand my medical business. and hire more personal.

And i don't just trade my skills for food. I trade for what i need at that time.

And trauma is only a small part of the healing process. 

eventually i want nurses, fisio therapists ect. ect.
