*after finding a battery, a man sat down in a hut on the outskirts of Electro. A deep, but calm voice is heard as he starts his transmission*

Hello - I hope this this is working. This is Mo, and I'm not quite sure where I am right now, but I think I'm somewhere in Georgia. It's been weeks since I left Novigrad. Things were getting tough down there when the infected left. People turning on eachother more than ever before.

*a short break is heard before he continues*

If there's any good people still alive around here I'd love to meet up with you. It's tough being on your own these days. It does something to you. I haven't seen or spoken to anyone in weeks now. I think it's time to settle down somewhere. I have plenty of food if that's what it takes. I'm willing to do a lot to find someone I can trust.

Hello, Lion. I'm very interested in joining your community. I'm a good hunter - very handy with a crossbow. I was also a good trader with a good reputation around Novigrad. I usually find what I'm looking for, no matter how long it may take. I'm careful about who I approach and have lot of general survival experience I picked up the last year. I'm willing to do all it takes to join you. Please consider me!

"How about you track me down and prove me how good you are at hunting huh?"

*Lion looks around him and stops when he spots a rocky hill. He starts walking towards that hill*

"I don't want to make it too easy for you stranger, but i won't make it impossible either.

Here goes my first hint ... I can see a hill in front of me, next to a military base, surrounded by fields. Next to the military base you'll find a abandoned tank. Keep your eyes open, look around and see if you can pick up my tracks."
