Alt Account Ban?

Hi there,

Myself and my friends have been fans of your servers for a while now due to the unique gameplay style it offers, though haven't been on for a couple of months due to work and the lack of new content in DayZ.

This is why I was shocked and saddened to see today that upon my attempt to re-whitelist for your server, my account had been banned from the forums as it is allegedly an alt account, however I have only ever set up this one account and have no reason to have set up an alternate account.

I hope that this issue can be solved soon, as myself and my friends were hoping to restart our RP adventures, though if this can't be fixed then we will begrudgingly have to leave.

Why the verdict is not fair:

Due to my account  not being alternate account and I believe it was mistaken for an alternate account, as I logged  on to read the forums on a computer at my sixth form college, one of my friends, another student at the college  also logged into his account and due to the same IP address it has been mistaken for an alternate accounts.   

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

 I am aware of what has caused this and will refrain from doing so again in the future.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

 For the ban to be lifted so I can re-whitelist and hopefully get into the server

What could you have done better?:

 Not logged in at the same time as another user in a public place, as it could be mistaken as an alternate account.
