Why the verdict is not fair:

I did not believe I was doing anything wrong at the time.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I believe it is not fair because I did not realize under my own fault that was not allowed to make another account. I have never actually been whitelisted, nor banned on this account. My actions where just to change my name which I made some where around 2014. Yes, I do absolutely see where this Ban is coming from and had no intentions of any cheating. After I made the second account and figured I could go no further with it I started making my whitelist application for this account. I was rejected and hoping to retry in the next 12 hours.

We then implemented the new whitelist system this year.

Under the new system, you attempted to get whitelist on this account (bandit-zero):

2015-10-04 17:38:16, which was denied due to incorrect questions.

You returned yesterday and you where denied again at:

bandit-zero - 2015-11-18 22:17:09

One hour PRIOR to that, you started the whitelist process on the other account:

-Sgt. Styx- 2015-11-18 21:26:07 and you where stopped due to an alt account as the Steam ID was already in use.

On the first page of our whitelist system, what you have signed as you were able to start the whitelist process, it says this:

Well, no I cant explain it, I was in a rush and might have read over it or something. I was rejected, and realize now that I should make time for a delicate process. I absolutely wasn't trying to create a new account to cheat because I was not banned on this account before. Yes, I would like to keep my old account. I'm sorry for the mess I've caused and promise it wont happen again. I would really like to get this behind me and become a member of your community.

After discussing your case between ourselves, the staff team have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt in regards to your misunderstanding when it comes to having one account per individual.

With your intention to change your username, we will not allow you to do so. This is because if we make an exception for you, then we would need to keep consistency in the future, leading to other people getting name changes who don't meet the requirements to do so. Unfortunately for you, this means you will be stuck with your old username unless you decide to donate to the required rank.

What we will do is delete the account you recently created while also granting you access to your old account (the one that you used for this appeal). If you decide that you don't want to keep your old account in the future, and you decide to make another account, you will end up in the same position that you are in at the time of this verdict being written.

Do not try to circumvent this issue again in order to get a new username, this would not coincide with the agreement you made when you had first registered.

Considering it has been a while since you have played here, we require you to partake in our new whitelist system in order to play on the servers again. You will have 5 chances to pass the whitelist otherwise a blacklist will be added to your account. If you have questions on our rules (which have also been updated since you last played) and the whitelisting process, feel free to ask for help.
