Global Ban: Gamehack #38 Permanent Ban

Why the verdict is not fair:

I have no idea why I got banned. I have no report in hand. After talking with a Community Helper through TS3 he told me to put in

my report exactly what I told him so I am posting it in the

I am playing with the new UI in DayZ due to the increased FPS. I connected to S1. Got kicked about 2 mins later due to Battleye not

responding. Thats normal with the new UI because it is buggy and everytime i open the game, I get booted from the first server i

connect to after a minute or two. Then I reconnect and I play without problems. But that kick was irrelevant to my ban,

especially since yesterday I played in S1 and S2 without problem. However, this time, after i tried to reconnect to the server i got

banned (check the link above) for Gamehack #38. I have no idea why BUT, like i said to the community helper, after googling what

Gamehack #38 is about, i believe that was because I had a trainer on for Fallout 4 that I left on after closing the game.

The trainer, for whoever might not know, is a small .exe that modders and coders make and offer to users that offer stuff like

infinite money, or superabilities etc but thats ONLY for sinlgeplayer modes/games. The one i had on was for Fallout 4  that i got

from here. -snip-

Either way this doesnt affect DayZ whatsoever nor was a hacking tool or anything like that, i just forgot the exe on after closing

Fallout 4.

Also, after I closed the trainer, i tried to connect to S2 and I connected without a problem. But with S1 I am still banned now.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Get unbanned cause I did not do anything wrong.

What could you have done better?:

I did not expect that a irrelevant singleplayer trainer would create a problem like that so I would just make sure to close it

before i play

There is no way you can prove that you were not using some form of client to perform malicious actions on our servers. In this community we have a zero tolerance policy for any form of cheating, hacking or other exploits.

Our policy for GameHack #38 bans is a permanent ban. I wish you all the best.
