Powergaming: I went with Jay Wong and a friend of my group through the forest near Myshkino, where we talked a little bit and then met a guy called Keith. My friend typed in OOC that he had to go. Jay talked to Keith and I typed in OOC that I had to log out as I had a hard day ahead of me tomorrow. It didn’t take 10 seconds after that and Jay said "Put your hands up!" I just raised my gun and he shot me. I cannot say that I shot him any, or not.

Gear Over RP – When I told him I had to go in OOC, it was evident I didn’t have time to continue to RolePlay, otherwise I would’ve. He initiating on me AFTER me informing him I need to log is a sign that he just wanted what I had on me and initiated on me so he can take it and have me leave with minimal RP, assuming if I complied. Also, we do not give permission for robberies. In our words exactly, two of us said that if the proper IC reason for the robbery is there then go for it, intiate.

I just died and 4 others off my group did they was double carrying automatic weapons and All I had was a aug with 14 bullets. There other friend disappeared and they was constantly trying to "Get away" Found it weird called the boys and initiated. Plan was to have him and Pat hostage but while I was afk for literally 2seconds Pat logs out.

We never initated earlier as we was told we shouldn't as it was loot cycled gear but once staff said we can I initiated before he could log.

You said you needed to go but was in TS 40 or so minutes after you was killed.

Posting as I was apart of the RP until I logged moments before Artyom was initiated on:

So you wanted to initiate on us because your Aug was low on ammo? Really? Not for survival, or because you needed food or water, but because you wanted a bigger gun? Seriously? Also, we were not trying to,"Get away." If we were, the moment we noticed you wouldn't we have booked it? Why stay around and let you obviously pulse check us?

Also, please provide the name of the staff member who said you can initiate on us. For record in the report, Wong.

 Anyhow, we RP'ed with you. We even OOCly explained to you that this wasn't us. I request the Admins pull up the chat logs for the report, please, too. As you will find our explination to them. If we were trying to get away, why would we even use chat like that where you would have our names? It doesn't make sense. We were at the wrong place at the wrong time, but we are not guilty of loot cycleing.

Also: He stayed online for 40 minutes after because he is a native German speaker and he needed someone to help him write up the report. So the report would be easily be legible.

For the Record, two members of staff told him the same thing. We both agreed on the sole fact that if he has IC reasoning to initiate then he absolutely can, nowhere in the rules does it explain that he cannot rob you for ammunition, guns or anything. The two members of staff that told him that were myself and Kattica. 

Also the chat-logs were updated to include yours as well. I will have you know as well, for reasons of our involvement with the OP's dilemma in initiating or not, we won't be involved in the verdict of this report.

We was hesitant about initiating on you straight away as your loot was loot cycled Once staff said it was allowed I then initaited on you before you could log. Yes, Patryck logged out before you, but if you look at the player list you took a screenshot of, you will find Robert Smith on the server. He was within 500m, and by you logging out under the required amount of time prevented him from executing his KoS rights. Screen Shot link:

Like I said. There was 3 of you and for most part only two even when we went into the woods when I initiated and killed you I was around for sometime if your friend was within 500m why was there no shot at us or hostile action towards us? it takes no more then 2mins to run 500m there was no sign of any revenge and the server had my friends and 2 others after you both logged out. Staff told me to leave the area and what so I could make the report we left the area and waited thinking it was 15min turned out to be 11...I apologise for this again but I honestly thought it was 15mins
