I was killed at GM whilst compyling

Detailed description of the events:My friend was at GM and my other friend and I were outside of the compound.  The started using a knife on my friend without permission and he was complying, so I closed the gate and ran in to sneak around but they saw me.  So, one of them ran up to me and told me to drop my gun and I had dropped it and was going to drop ammo but they told me to crawl under the fence.  I had rolled under once, technically in the compound, and was about to roll again when I was sprayed down by one of the guys staring at me with an AKM.  I was compliant, but they still killed me.

My POV: You were initiated on and told to drop your weapons. Your next instruction was to crawl through the gap in the wall and you had a weapon in your hand so I killed you.

The screenshot provided shows you have two weapons still on your person, one in your hands and one on your back.

My POV: You were initiated on and told to drop your weapons. Your next instruction was to crawl through the gap in the wall and you had a weapon in your hand so I killed you.

I had no weapon in my hand, I dropped my SKS and my mosin was on my back.  Or so I thought I never went to pick it up, must have been a visual glitch.  I dropped it outside the concrete wall.

I was not told to drop the one on my back, but I remember dropping my SKS.  Unless it glitched or was a visual glitch it should have been outside the concrete wall.

Reason:

With the provided screenshot, we as staff have come to the conclusion that you, Biga, in-fact did have a gun in your hand and posed a direct threat to the accused and party. From what we understand as well, there is no way to plant a weapon in someone's hands. And as far as your claims of being glitched, you have no evidence to support that claim. Whilst the accused has evidence, in form of screenshot, of you crawling under the wall at GM with a gun in-hand. 

As you posed a direct threat, he shot you. However, I assure you the first thing going through his mind was not that you were complying and just glitched. Had you been recording then the outcome of this report would have been different. We encourage everyone to record when you can in situations like this to provide even more evidence to both PoV's.
