Like Frank said, it looks like your CPU is bottle-necking you. Also, you may want to get a better CPU cooler, 75C is pretty damn warm.

Are you able to post the exact model of your CPU?

As mentioned before the CPU is very hot for what it is. If you know how I would check that your cooler is in contact with your CPU and whether there is thermal paste at all. If this is not the case and it is simply overheating it would be worthwhile upgrading your cooler dependent on your CPU. Especially if it is unlocked in which case buying a 50-60 dollar cooler and overclocking could give you big net results without forking out $$$ on a new CPU.

That CPU is running way too hot and will effect the performance (mine runs at 20C when idle and at around 30C after 4 hours of gaming). DayZ SA is very CPU intensive so Id be looking at upgrading the CPU but at the very least you need to look at a better CPU cooling system which if put in place should then show some kind of improvement on your current CPU.

870M ?

You're on a laptop. Not much you can upgrade besides more ram (but you're at 16 so that would be useless), and an SSD.

Otherwise yes that CPU is burning up, especially if that's on idle. You might want to try to clean the dust in your laptop if you can change the thermal paste.

Best solution: upgrade to a desktop PC. You'll get better specs / performance for a decent price compared to laptops.

Pretty much all of this ^^^

Keep in mind DayZ is crap though and it will take a while for them to develop the new rendering engine so the game actually runs well.  It's kinda preference too.  I mean, do you want to run ultra at 30 fps?  Or lower graphics at 60+?  I guess it doesn't matter because at the game's current state, lower graphics seem to be a must, at least for me.

Buy a PC with an affordable i5 or i7 and buy an affordable AMD or Nvidia card, as of this moment the GTX 960 (4GB),970 and the R9 380 are at an attractive price.

Thats the problem with gaming laptops, they are expensive but most the time do not have the same advantages of a PC. but before any thing what is your FPS in citys

As everyone has said before, you can literally upgrade pretty much nothing but RAM on a laptop. You're best off ditching it, and buying a desktop, as they're cheaper, and far more cost effective.
