A lot of people joined for that very reason. Yes, you won't get shot every 5 mins. But you have to remember while you are playing on these servers, you are playing on roleplay servers. So, you are expected to follow the rules and play out according to the lore.

Yes I know, but i am also trying to start a YouTube channel and I believe it will be easier to get footage and better footage as well.

Will do! Ive always enjoyed DayZ mod  but was just able to build a pc good enough to run the standalone. Thanks for all the kind words, but im gonna head off as it is 12 am and i have to be up at 6. Have a good one and thanks again!
