Why the verdict is not fair:

I believe that this verdict isn't fair because I honestly don't remember making a 2nd account in 09-11-2015. Becacuse on the account that was banned I made back in 02-09-2013 (This account). I just got whitelisted a few months ago. Why would I have made an account after I got whitelisted. That doesn't make sense. 

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I joined back in 02-09-2013 and I made this account. I applied to get whitlisted and got blacklisted for being under age. I waited and applied to be unblacklisted and was accepted. I then waited months to reapply for whitlisting. I read the rules very carefully and the lore. Then I filled out the whitelist application and got accepted (A few months ago). Now this alt account that they are saying is mine was created in 09-11-2015. I'm pretty sure that I was whitelisted by then. So why would I make an account if I just got whitelisted. I honestly don't remember making that alt account, I only remember making that one. I feel that there is some miss understanding and I would like to get to the bottom of this. Is there anyway that we can find out what email is attached to the alt account because I would love to have this resolved. I am telling the honest truth. If you need any other information from me just let me know. I talked with Connor and Majkel in TS about this issue and they told me that I should make this appeal. I would like to talk to Shark in TS about this issue since he is the one that banned me and I really like speaking to people better than typing. Thanks and let me know if you need any other information. 

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

I would like to have this account unbanned and the alt account which isn't mine to be removed or for this who incident to be cleared up.

What could you have done better?:

I don't think I could have done anything better but make sure that I am the only one on my internet.

Hello, the admin team have a question that we would like to get an answer to.

You say that you don't remember creating the other account at all.

What we find very odd is that the email used for the new account has the exact same unique name that you have used both on Steam and YouTube.

Also the account is made from you household.

Could you explain this?

Hello, thanks for your response.

Yes I can answer your question. That name that you have said have been my old gamer name for the longest time. Once I switched to PC from PS3 I switched my name to W-Schlesner for MSO missions in Arma, because it was a more proper format. I was going to make videos of my playing on my PS3 and post them on the YouTube under my PS3 name but then I realized that I couldn't render quality videos and gave up. So that was the end of my old name and I haven't used it since then. I changed my YouTube to W-Schlesner and I also changed my Steam name. I haven't used that name since. And as I have stated before I honestly don't remember making that alt account. I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my chances with this community. I just got whitelisted, so I wouldn't want to test my chances and I have read the rules because before I started the whitelisting part I waited months to make sure that I know the rules and have a great understanding of the lore. So I wouldn't try to mess my chances up. That is the honest truth. I wouldn't try to harm my chances with the community and I honestly don't remember making that alt account that is 100% the honest truth I wouldn't try to lie to you guys because that would just ruin my chances of ever getting back into the community. Hello W-Schlesner,

The staff team have discussed this appeal at length and tried to figure out a reason why it wouldn't be you that created this alt-account.

We have so much evidence proving that you were the one who did it. We know for a fact that it was made from your IP, used an email associated with a name that is directly linked to names you have used both on Steam and YouTube.

You haven't proved that it wasn't you who made this account. If it wasn't you then someone had to use a computer in your house hold or connected to your wi-fi somehow, he had to know about an old name that you used to use on Steam and YouTube. 

So based on all the facts we have determent that you did indeed make another account for some reason and therefore we have to deny this appeal.
