Lore Radio Broadcasts

So I just have a quick question about the News Broadcast in the Lore section, and if they will ever be started up/continued again.

They are such a good read, and while I understand that they would be getting less and less frequent as the apocalypse worsens, it would be great to here the occasional survivor broadcasting. I'd love to see how different part of the world have dealt with the apocalypse (we have already seen this in the old broadcasts) and what the situation is like in other countries. You could make a broadcast from Russia explaining where all the Zeds have gone, or an emergency broadcast from Germany mentioning a miltary safe zone....It could make for very interesting conversations IG.

But yeah, basically will the Loremasters bring this back?

It could be plausible to bring back the Lore broadcasts sometime in the future. It's something that the Loremasters honestly could have done with the "Operation Longwave" event, but of course the bandits won in that situation so we'll never know. You could also argue that broadcasts such as those are no longer plausible with how long it has been with long-range communication down.

I might not be a Loremaster, but I guess it really depends on what the Loremasters want to do with the broadcast. Is it possible? Yeah, for sure, but we can't be for sure until we get that information from either the Loremasters themselves or the ending of an event.

I agree it would be a very cool thing if this were to continue, but I think the Loremasters are gonna get more opinions from other community members and staff opinions.

Like Dew said, this definitely would be a very cool thing to continue. This is perhaps something they would look into in the future. I believe they have a lot of work at the moment with the upcoming ExileRP and they're trying to get the Lore page ready for that. I don't know for sure, but i'm pretty sure this is something they will continue. And like Cid said, this would of been nice for Operation Longwave, maybe they had different plans for that.

"Operation Longwave" was originally meant to bring back the broadcasts but as the the UN side didn't achieve their goal to repair the tower at GM, is there no way for the outside world to contact us. The LM's are very busy on the ExileRP lore at the moment but they will probably already have something in mind to bring back the broadcasts.

[align=justify]Would be great to know how's the rest of the world doing. Especially for some people have just arrived to South Zagoria - one would be able to create more immersive backstory knowing more about place he arrived from. Hopefully Loremasters will find some time to do this!

Thank you all for the replies, you can mark this as solved now. Love the idea that an IG event could bring these back, so I hope he Lore Masters create another event like this again. Would love to be a part of it this time round. Anyway, hopefully look forward to seeing this in the future.
