I've been looking at the player list on the website and have noticed that the numbers don't seem to go over 12 or 13 people at around 19:00 in the UK. Anyone have any idea why or is it that people are just getting bored of it D:

The main reason is Fallout 4 as just been released. And another reason is because some people will be waiting for the 0.59 patch to be released also.

Although the main reason is Fallout 4, think of all the games that are coming out. Battlefront, CoD, Halo, etc. November is just the month that all of the anticipated games decided to come out at. So population is expected to be a bit low for a few weeks.
