Why the verdict is not fair:

It is fair.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I realize what I have done wrong. Me shooting that guy without identifying him properly first was a huge mistake. I know better than to just shoot someone like that and the heat of the moment got to my head. I was angry, and I wanted to find them, therefore I didn't think through my actions.

I understand that it is not acceptable in anyway to shoot someone, without knowing for sure if they are your attacker. I have played here for many months, this is my first ban, and most definitely my last. I know the rules very well, and it was stupid of me to engage the guy.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Ban time reduced, that's all.

What could you have done better?:

Positively ID'd the person I shot as one of my robbers, potentially found out more about his character and any involvements he has and ensure that it is the person who I have the right to kill or not. I could have definitely roleplayed it out better, rather than just shooting.

Hi

We appreaciate that you seem to understand what you have done wrong.

You want us to reduce the ban. While this is completely understandable, we cannot justify reducing your ban for no reason other than you are sorry, as this would be unfair for everyone else.

While it is your right to create a ban appeal, in a ban appeal you should provide new evidence or point out where you think the reviewing team made a mistake or judged incorrectly.

In this case you have no new evidence and you also say:

We cannot reduce a ban because of this reason.

You received the standard punishment for KoS
