It is essential to exercise your character regularly. You can lay down, have a weapon out, and start doing some upper body lifts, these you can do for long periods of time and it will get you strong. Don't forget to also jog, as jogging is very important when running from your problems. But before any of these intense workouts, you will need to stretch. The easiest and most effective stretches are neck and lower back stretches, which can be accomplished by reaching your flexibility limits.
