Detailed description of the events: All of the Brotherhood is around NWAF and Kabanino, except for me. I start running from home to them, in which I pass through Novy Sobor. I'm informed that one of our members last known location (Luanne Galloway) was Novy Sobor, so I decide to take a quick look around just in case anything happened. I see a light at the pump, and I approach it from the west fence surrounding the Church, where I am shot at by a Winchester twice and I think an AK once. I locate the shooting from the Barns and the Piano house area and I know that they were aiming at me because the bullets land next to me. I tell the rest of the Brotherhood that I'm being shot at and they start moving towards Novy. While I'm behind cover, I hear 3 more Winchester shots, and the Brotherhood also start hearing these on their way from Stary. Once the Brotherhood were in Novy, we take hats off and the accused start pointing guns at some of us, no initiation from their side. We decide that due to the fact that they were shooting at me earlier, we're going to initiate. We initiate and kill a few, while some others get away. 

Only reason why I'm reporting this is due to the fact that I was planning to travel through Novy and started getting shot at. Hopefully logs will show the accused.

I dont quite remember what we were doing prior to what happened but Jay Clark took shots by a winchester in novy so we decide to find the shooters and take them down. i run ahead and clear the barn area, i see two guys running at me and i ask in ts who the fuck these guys are. thats when one of them raises his mosin at me and shoots, so i run around the fence and kill one guy and possibly hitting the second guy trough a door they ran trough. the second guy later shows up in novy pretending he wasnt any of the guys and we initiate, he runs and dies

i got video evidence of my kill but stopped recording before the second guy came back

Alright, Me and Marcus were in Novy, we were looking for some extra gear & food. We decided that we would rob Luanne Galloway & Logan Powell. A couple of mins into the robbery, I hear a voice saying "Get on the ground". I turn around, see a guy with a shotgun facing me, and jump to the ground. After I am on the ground, the man starts cuffing me (not sure on the first name, but it was along the lines of Mick O'Donovan), after being cuffed, Marcus yells at the man to get on the ground multiple times, then shots him in the chest, and as I am fleeing to the back of the church, me and Marcus start getting shot at by a man from the barn. I break out, then bandage myself, and run behind a cement block with Marcus. We start seeing a man slowly start moving towards the water pump with his gun drawn. I shoot 4 rounds at the man, missing, he runs back towards the barn. We then start running down the road towards the back of the barn to flank and grab the deer pelts we kept in the barn, we see someone with a gun drawn near the back wall of the barn area, (going to guess it is Sean/Jay Clark). So we hide behind a tree, and presuming it was the same man, as they were both wearing black, we open a few shots at him, again missing.. after that we lose sight of him, and go to the back of the barn. Marcus gets caught on the door and gets shot, I manage to flee away, and return about 10 mins after, changing my appearance. The men there end up making out it was me and I decide to run when they looked away, but was shot. I was unconscious for a minute or so, hoping to be brought back, but ended up passing away.

So to Sean, We had to assume you were the man shooting at us because you came from the back of the barn area, dressed in black like the other guy(s) that were hiding in the barn area.

Alright, so me and Tommy went into Novy to get some gear for us and we spotted a light at the pump since it was very dark. We managed to make out two people, a man and a woman. We decided to sneak around and see what the two people at the pump were saying. After sneaking around for a little bit, we dropped our deer pelts, and decided that we would rob the two people. We attacked it from both sides and initiated the robbery. We told the two to get on the wall as we searched their items for something of use to us. After that, someone came up to Tommy and told him to get on the ground and proceeded to handcuff him. I then turned around and yelled at him to get on the ground and he didn't comply. I then shot the guy who handcuffed Tommy. We then heard gunshots from afar and we took cover. Tommy then proceeded to take cover somewhere else. The woman we robbed ran away and the man she was with proceeded to sneak up behind me with a weapon and I shot him on the spot. We meet up and we see a man move towards the water pump with his gun equipped. I then shot at him twice and missed both, Tommy also missed his shots. We then decided to flee the scene, we ran down the road to see what I believe was the same guy (because it was dark and he/they was/were wearing dark clothes) behind the barn area, we shot at him again. We then decided to to retreat back to the barn where we left our deer pelts. As we got to the door, the door opened and someone ran out. I shot at him thinking he was also with the group shooting at us I shot at him thinking he was also with the group shooting at us. I missed the shot and got caught on the barn door and I got shot several times against the barn. That was it for me as I was killed.

Moral of the Story: You were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yeah, the two guys were me and Marcus, we got stuck on the door way. The reason I later returned was to try to get some of Marcus' items, and ended up seeing you guys there.

The accused hit none of us. Bobby killed one, and the logs show that Wong hit the other one I guess.

Okay, after watching your video, I've realized that the ghillie suit guy and his friend(s) are not apart of your group. I guess the confusion happened when some members of your group were around the barn area, (which is where we initially saw him & his friend).

Quick Edit: I think the ghillie suit and the guy who arrested me were together, turns out I thought you were his friend, if you look around 2:50, you can see me in the barn, after you passed I ran out that exit, and saw the ghillie guy to my left. I ran by him too, and fled from the scene, to come back later.

Ok so through this video, I realized that you and your group were not part of the handcuffing of Tommy. I was the person who shot at you at around 2:30 in the video. Us being in the moment we didn't want to take any chances. It just happened to be a wrong moment wrong time situation.

Reason:

We as staff have reviewed the evidence provided and have come to a conclusion regarding the allegations of "Attempted KOS" against Tommy Reyes, and Marcus Woods.

It was admitted by both Tommy Reyes, and Marcus Woods that they were previously in a hostile situation and attacked the OP and his allies based on the assumption that they had an involvement in the hostilities. We appreciate the honesty provided in your POV's and would like to mention that while you admitted and apologized for the act (post #10, and #11), a punishment will still be awarded for the behaviour shown.

Firefights can undoubtedly be a confusing scenario to be involved in and a lot can be done wrong if not paying close enough attention. Unfortunately, in this case, that seems to be true. Tommy Reyes, and Marcus Woods, you both fired shots on people not involved in the previous encounter. It is your responsibility as a shooter to always be aware of who you are shooting at. No amount of confusion makes shooting someone that you have no KOS rights on excusable. If you have any doubt in your mind, initiating on the individual will ensure that you do not mis-identify them for someone you have KOS rights on. 

It is always better to initiate, apologize, and tell them to leave the area, than to risk KOS against an innocent party.
