Detailed description of the events:

I was at green mountain with this group (still confused who they actually were) and earlier on in this session they forced Louise to marry Nick, after Louise escaping a few times, they got her to Green mountain were we settled down. Now this is where I am unclear as I was afk-ish (sorting the dogs out and stuff but still trying to RP at times), i get called over to a tent were they tell me to put my hands over my head and crouch next to Louise. the start saying they want to execute us, which is when I started asking people if that was allowed because they had no valid reason,

I went into Pog and i saw a man go into the church so i went in after him and i saw a bunch of guys with a girl tied up they told me to go find something to time people up with i said ok i looked and they come and get me and say "Your getting married come with me" confused i agree and go into the church for a wedding it happens we decided we were going to Green Mountain for are honey moon and we get half way there the girl runs off they find her bring her back and we go to the tower and decided to switch server because of lag and then we just have normal RP and then they decided to say they were gonna cut her head off one of the Irish did // Permission to execute they said yes so i shot both of them.

Yeah that's the thing I am mostly confused about is that Louise gave Conner permission to execute her but i then get killed by nick.

I was firstly under the impression that she spoke for both because it was obvious they were a dynamic group so killing her would give him kill rights and just because im not apart of thier CP group dosent mean i was not apart of there dynamic group. sir i also ask if u would like to talk about this in team speak

first off i made it overly clear that I was in no way with her, second I was compliant and not threatening and thirdly you did not make your hostile intentions clear. and I am sure kos rights are for groups. (I was more in a group with everyone else then with her)

Reason:

 

We as staff have looked at all sides of the evidence provided and have come to a conclusion regarding this case.

Nick Church, you and your allies had 2 people hostage. Conner OMatthew asked ooc permission but only one answered, Louise Morrison. She gave permission but your second hostage, Jeff Pickels (the OP), didn't replied. You had no permission to execute him nor did you have execution rights. Louise doesn't speak for the OP and the OP doesn't speak for Louise. You should have waited untill the OP replied or not executed him. You executed a hostage while you didn't had rights and therefor you will be punished.

Jeff Pickles, This whole situation could easily have been avoided if you answered the ooc question. You state that you were asking people if they had a valid reason and if it was allowed. If you didn't wanted your character executed you could have said "//no" and that would be it.
