Detailed description of the events: I had been told by Lewis they had captured Jimmy Bulmer, so I was going to go find him and the Vestige members he was with, when the server restarted.

 We went to S1 thinking S3 was down, and some of us decided to meet up at the lone house, so I could get to where Jimmy Bulmer was at. We got there, and the Irish appeared. Some of us talked to them, and I went inside the house. Some of them tried to talk to me, but my mic lagged and they apparently didn't see my text. (One mentioning something about me not being a talker or something).

 After a short while, I heard something along the lines of "I see people in the treeline PUT YOUR FUCKING HANDS UP OR YOU'LL DIE" (Memory is shit, might be slighly different.)

 Several of the Irish tried to take control of the hostages, causing chaos and frustration. We were lined up and brought upstairs in the house, and put there.

 Only one of them went up with about 5-7 hostages, and a small gunfight broke out, both outside and inside, one of the hostages killing and dying against an Irish. There was people in the treeline shooting at them, but they got killed quickly.

The hostages mostly didn't try to fight back. After the Irish had taken control of the situation, they came up with several people and told us to take off our vest and bags, as well as dropping our weapons. After some more chaos and confusion from several people talking at the same time, we were brought downstairs.

Even more confusion happened, as people continued speaking over eachother. There was simply too many people in too small a place. They told the talkative hostage to shut up, then asked our names. I said my first name. they continued asking the others their names. They then said "The reason for initiating on you is that we've been paid by a man called Montreal to get them Zbor members" . None of us were Zbor. None of us wore anything similar to Zbor clothing.

 Montreal showed up, and Irish tried to tie someone to the Reapers. Montreal said he didn't give a shit about the Reapers, Montreal then left, I believe, not taking any of the hostages with him, proving that he wasn't interested in any of the hostages.

Some of us were singled out and sent to the room with two beds, and my hat was insulted. That was the second direct interaction I got, a single sentence. We were kept there a while, and they seemingly brought the other hostages away. (Didn't see them afterwards) Me and the remaining person/people were allowed to pick up our backpacks, and I asked to get mine that was upstairs. It was allowed, and him bringing me up then sending me away was the last direct RP I received.

Considering the Irish' usual pattern, I suspect they initiated for PvP and/or gear, as they had no reason (As far as I know) to initiate on us. When I went back there after they left, there was not a single weapon left, suggesting they double-carried all the weapons and ammunition away.

I am reporting the Irish because I (and several others) received next to no RP and nothing but a bother and frustration from their baseless initiation, and similar things happen very frequently.

There was a lot of confusion with all the VON. Obviously we were restricted by dayz poor directional chat. We didn't plan on keeping everyone in the house, but once we started taking shots we had no choice. We initiated on the initial group of players, and then we found 2-3 in nearby bushes in which we initiated on as well. (Sorry i'm not exactly sure which one you were.) The FFL were misinformed, as we didn't say we had zbor, we said we had allies of (We know ic that Vestige and Zbor are friends.) Not to mention we have had a previous bad encounter with Vestige.

Considering the Irish' usual pattern, I suspect they initiated for PvP and/or gear, as they had no reason (As far as I know) to initiate on us. When I went back there after they left, there was not a single weapon left, suggesting they double-carried all the weapons and ammunition away.

I'm going to highlight this to point out the fact I feel this report is being thrown at us for the loss of gear, and the infamous ooc hat(e).

Now to respond to your statement; No we did not double carry all your weapons and ammunition away, we didn't have that many people. In fact i'm sure you guys out numbered us. Anyways, we simply carried the guns and ammo outside and spread it out through the forest/bushes.

To adjust to your "gear" statement once more, we are all already completely geared, we literally can't hold anymore guns, I can assure you that gear was not a reason for this initiation. 

TLDR; You were running with a group we have hostilities with (if you were not running with them, I apologize but you were in the wrong area at the wrong time.) We had an opportunity, and we took it. We made sure we initiated on everyone in the general area (House is literally called "Lone house" so we all know it's not a common spot to just "hang out.") General area btw is about 100m give or take 50m.

There were 6 of us upstairs, almost all with m4s and aks, and only you to control us: I pulled out my gun and sprayed you down, on my screen you didn't even raise your gun before dying, and after a couple of seconds I died aswell (found out now it was you who killed me), there was a very realistic chance of surviving, considering the amount of people we had upstairs and the ones outside.

Gear-loss-hate: I only had two mosins and an Mp5. And when I returned, I found 14 netting in the house. As my group members can testify, I'm a net-whore, who gladly trades even M4 for netting (it's happened). Gear-wise, I feel richer now than before the incident. So, no gearlosshate.

I'm going to post my PoV as I was the one hiding the guns.

So when we initiated I was overwatching the situation and keeping eye on those being moved. I had a confrontation with one of Vestige's overwatch and he was swiftly killed. When things settled down I noticed guns laying throughout the house, seeing this as a potential problem I decided to move them away and into the trees and bushes around the vicinity of the house. The bushes not even 10-20m from the house contained the guns you originally held. I myself took a UMP and an AUG as I only held a Winchester.

This was not for gear, this was because of the knowledge of Vestige and ZBOR working together. The FFL wanted to talk to some ZBOR members and even offered to pay for them. When we found out thag no ZBOR were contained in the mix we released those who were compliant and resepctful. They were all sent towards Stary and we proceeded to leave when the situation was over.

Also, fair enough you aren't personally bothered by the loss, but what about your clan mates you mention? From what I've been told by friends in groups you commonly associate with and groups also involved in this report, groups are trying to make report against us to stack our report count in hopes of getting  us banned. If you were truly disappointed with our RP, don't you think you could simply leave us feedback? We do listen and improve off feedback we receive. Actually funny enough, if you take a look at the thread I referenced in my first post, the vestige very simply gave us feedback. You state here

You obviously fail to separate your IC and OOC feelings from one another which still leads me to believe this is OOC driven.

I'll try to get staff a roster of who was involved from our part tomorrow. I'm not entirely sure who was in the house with the hostages (I was on overwatch after killing Lewis Knight.)

I'd also like to ask a question for Lewis Knight; What exactly was your plan? Kill 6+ guys as you sat in a treeline with 2 of the irish? You were obviously going to be quickly killed.

I'd also like to know if staff can somehow get a list/ call in those "others" who had a problem with the way things went down, as mentioned here

People on our side include: Me, tnkydoe, Blitz, Yuri, Painography, Classic, Dew, Clapton, and Johnny Denver came later to talk to them. 

My Pov: I sat on overwatch for most the event until all people that were a threat were delt with. I then tried to rp with some of the people in the house and began to release them with vests,bags, and anything else they needed. After we released everyone we headed off towards Rogovo.

Pov : we (vestige and a couple wolves) had jimmy Bulmer hostage near lonely house on s3.. s3 dropped and didnt come back immediately so we hopped to s1 and tried to find Jimmy in ts to notify him, to no avail.

so we planned on regrouping at lonely house, mak and i were the first to arrive and a stranger with an irish accent arrived.. so i told my guys to stay nearby to secure the area around us.. as we rp with the irish man, he asks us our names and whatnot. i give him a fake "chris" im not sure what Mak said. as were rping i notice a load of guys running down twards us from veresnik area.. we spread out a bit and i tell a couple guys who were hiding on the far side of the house to "come out and not hide like little girls".. they come out to the road and ask us if the man running through the feild coming twards us is our friend, "i said im not sure, lets wait and see" (it was Mark Knight)

when mark came up to us the rp got a bit quiet as mark asked what was going on.. i dont know why but nobody from their side answered.. even after he said it again. (i assume their TS was hopping at that point)

so mark, Mak and i say "were heading out then guys" and as we walk away they initiate. we all comply and line up infront of the house on the road.

none of them searched me for a radio or made us drop our weapons..

we started moving twards the house when Lewis started shooting at the irish (i was muted with my hands up so i had no idea he was planning on helping us) it served as a good distraction and caused the irish to scatter.. one of the irish was yelling at us to get in the house so we followed him who was alone upstairs... mak mark and i looked at each other and (tried) to pull our weapons (i lagged like nobodys buisness for a solid 2 min when that happened) mak and irish guy traded kills and i was stuck running into a wall at 1fps so mark just said to comply.. and we did

after that they took our weapons and made us line up in the main room on the bottom floor of the house in a line where the constant screaming over one another began.. i have no idea who was shouting but it didnt seem like to me it was any of the hostages.. grisha and igor began to rp with kenny talking about palm reading, giving some interesting rp while the rest continued to walk about the room taking gear/food/ammo with zero rp coming from any of the others for a solid 10 min.

then one of the irish began speaking about montreal paying them to find reapers... (i know you said zbor in the report but i NEVER ONCE head zbor)

after that i began to emote that i was freezing *shvers* *arms begin to shake* blah blah

it took 3 tries and nearly becoming hypothermic to be allowed to put my coat back on.. the man who said i could put my coat on only informed me by pointing at the coat and pointing at me.. no words or even txt chat was exchanged (immersion breaking)

montreal arrives.. looks at us and says "i want none of these men good day" and leaves..

i then stand there for another 5-10 min with my hands up with ZERO RP untill Grisha and Igor takes me outside for breif questioning. "do you know this man" refering to chow, i said no.. he asked me to take my hat and bandana off i say screw you, no. we get into some shouting at each other and i comply and do what he says.. grisha sends me back in to the house where i stood for another 5 min when an irish man said i could grab my bag and go twards stary. that was it..

it was interesting to watch! but I had very little invovment in any of the rp aswell as most of others involved and feel like it could have been done much better, i know what you guys are capible of rp wise.

PoV: I ran down to the hostages and got 2 of them moving towards the lonely house and I got shot, I woke up a little while later and patched myself up and healed for a bit in the house before I went out again to search the nearby tree lines.

PoV: We spot someone outside of the house in the bushes so we initiate and as we are moving him into the house, I get shot but start to flank the shooter. Tnkydoe kills the shooter and I run around the nearby treelines looking for other enemies.

To answer Tnkydoe's question:

The plan, as stated, was that i'd open fire on your guys and buy the ones with their hands up enough time to draw their weapons and shoot back (which a couple of us did). However, when it came down to it only a couple of us actually shot back and as a result our numbers dwindled. It was then I realised that we were kinda fucked and as a result couldn't really do anything. I heard SVD shots next to me and tried to change location and when I stopped for a moment, I was killed.

The situation was not an obvious situation where I would've been killed for opening fire. I was under the impression I was not the only friendly in the treeline. Also, if it was obvious that 2 Irish were sitting in the same treeline as me your guys would be doing a really bad job. It was not obvious that I would die if I opened fire. Simply bad communication on our behalf and better coordination from your guys

 While we understand the frustration of what could of been receiving bad Rp. We are unable to judge the roleplay the OP received from the Accused without video evidence. We suggest that when reporting a case like this that you attempt to record if you can. Due to the lack of evidence surrounding this event, we as staff do not feel comfortable with handing out punishments.

To the accused: In the future if you feel that a report is being put up for out of character hate. Please voice your concerns  to the staff team, and provide any evidence regarding your claims instead of just posting it in the report.
