Additional evidence? (video/screenshot): Shadowplay was not working, despite many attempts of mashing my record start button, It wasn't having it and screenshots I couldn't have gotten enough evidence as I wasn't expecting to get KOS'd.

Detailed description of the events:

I was just below the famous Green Mountain, I think it's  the town called Poverka or something alike, and I'm standing in a triangle talking with Louise and Jeff, minding our own buisness, I then hear "Hands up or die" And I immediately do as they say putting my hands up, and so did Jeff and Louise, they say move or be shot, we didn't move and they come over to use, restrain me, I hurl a little bit of abuse, (Get the conflict really stirred) "You know I always hated the irish, all speak and no action" One of them come over to me and with a baseball bat hit me over the head. Instantly killing me. First of all, one of the rules for engaging in a hostage situation is that you make it fun for both parties. This was ENTIRELY GearRP, they came over, restrained me and the first thing they did was take my M4 and my backpack and my coat, and replace it with his tracksuits. (I wouldn't go a miss in saying he'd just respawned and got with his friends and said lets go get some gear lads). This was not fun, and hence the reason for the report. KOS and GearRP.

Full PoV: I came down to the group after they had been initiated on, After Kyle was tied up he refused to move at first until he was threatened, We started to move and he began to insult us, He was told to shut up a few times, He then said "I've always thought of the Irish as weak" so I walked over to him and hit them in the leg and swung again but as he walked forward it hit his back and he dropped dead. It wasn't my intention to kill you only to injure you and I apologize for that. The reason I hit you was for non compliance and insulting us.

Fionn McDermott - KoS - Not Guilty

                              Gear RP - Inconclusive

Reason:

With all PoVs taken into consideration and the lack of video evidence on both sides. We as a team have come to the conclusion that Fionn is not guilty of KoS. This is mainly due to the statement you ushered to the accused prior to being accidentally hit in the head with a nailed baseball bat. They were well within their rights to kill you and we implore you in the future to think a bit more wisely about what you say to men with guns pointed at you. 

As for Gear RP, we are unable to come to a verdict of guilty or not guilty due to substantial lack of evidence regarding the RP in question. As such, without the needed evidence, we cannot accurately investigate your claims any further.
