Detailed description of the events: We were approached by a guy in blackskull balaclava and 1911 in his pistol holster and black equipment.He didn't really represented any danger so we started to talk.Next thing i know is someone far away says put your hands up and starts to shoot right after..like right in the next second and i am going down unconscious,my friend managed to escape. I didn't even had time to comply,he just started to shoot right after he said put your hands up.

Yeah i left after some minutes i am really sorry. But i got my punshisment i got a 5 days ban for bad rp. And some minutes after i left i got the ban so i would have gotten kicked anyways.

i suicided because i couldn't use my punches after pressing click or space....on topic: i suspect this was a baiting scenario..the guy in black balaclava talked something about 'something was going down at nwaf' ,thats when i robbed that guy and shot him (which i had kos rights and i still got 5 days ban but ok..) . Now the guy in blackskull balaclava just baited me so his mates can kill me as revenge for my actions which is against the rules

We didn't bait what so ever? Our friend found you guys...and he tried to hold you back so we could arrive...baiting would be if he forced you to initiate...which he clearly didn't

This is my POV on the entire situation from the begining.

So, me and Drew Griffin were playing together and decided to go to NWAF to find some supplies. I went to the South Barracks by the well and I ran into someone. I tried my best talking to them, and they didn't really talk back. I then got initiated on by the guys friend. These two guys are the ones who were later initiated on by Vestige and one of them died. When they initiated, they wanted me to drop all of my clothes, I clearly stated I would not drop them as I have no underwear on(because how would you have spare underwear). One of them told me that they liked to see people naked, that's when I felt like it was just Gear over RolePlay, So I got Drew to shoot them. Drew unfortunitley died, but I lived, I ran behind the barracks so I wouldn't get shot, and one of them walked up to me, asked me to stand still, I did, and he punched me out, taking all of my clothes and anything he wanted. I then woke up, and was knocked out again. The third time I awoke I stated that they left me without food or water(which they did), so then one of them gave me a bottle and some food, in all honesty they were just going to leave me there without anything to survive, so I assume they haven't bothered reading the rules. I was still in teamspeak with Drew and he told me that Vestige are going to help me hunt them, so we did. We searched all around Novy, Stary, Kabinino., Vybor and NWAF. We eventually found them, and initiated, they didn't comply and ran, so we opened fire, we even warned them. This report has only been put up because they lost gear, and that's all they wanted. That's the only reason they initiated on me, they had their own food, water, guns, and things they needed to survive.

Reason

We as staff have looked at all sides of the evidence provided and have come to a conclusion regarding this case.

In the video that has been send to us we can see the initiation being dropped and immediately a so called "warning shot" has been fired. "Warning shots" are not an actual thing and are seen like any other gun shot, which makes them Attempted KoS/RDM, depending on the situation. The OP and his friend were standing still and as soon as they heard the gun shot they started to run. Blake, you call this non-compliance as you only fire a "warning shot", however form their perspective they get shot at as soon as the initiation drops. As a result they started to run and the OP gets killed for doing so. The fact that they ran after getting shot at, does not make them non-compliant, so as a result the kill was invalid and it is seen as RDM.

As for the James Blake, you logged out 15:07:19 and the last hitlog from that situation is registered at 14:52:34. After doing the math, we have realised that you logged off after 14 minutes and 45 seconds which is under the 15 minutes mark, therefore making this a Combat Log. We make no exceptions regarding this, as the pure purpose of having the 15 minutes mark is for people to strictly respect it and not log off early then should, even is that is a matter of a few seconds. You also state that you would have gotten kicked anyway. While this is actually correct it does not excuse the fact that you logged off on your own consent.

To the OP, you mention that you feel like the actions against you were baiting, however after we looked at the video there is nothing that dictates that way. Baiting is a form of forcing someone to initiate or do any other sort of hostile actions that would grant the other party KoS rights in order for them to kill you. In this scenario, this was not the case as no one has forced you to do anything. You also killed yourself due to a so called glitch. We can not verify what exactly, you could have tried logging off or restarting the game. As we have no proof to support that this was indeed a glitch or not you will not be punished. However, keep in mind that we do not allow people killing themselves as it shows no value to your character's life there for breaking NVFL.
