Suspects weapon/s: Some sort of rifle, possibly SKS.

I was moving around NWAF, trying to meet up with a couple of my friends, trying to catch some loot when I came into James. We struck up a little chat and I muted my teamspeak. Either his microphone kept cutting out mid-RP or he was using a "radio" A.K.A. teamspeak without any IG/IC sign of doing so. Not a minute later his friend came up behind me and told me to put my weapon on my back. I looked around, acting confused IC'ly, but did as I was told. Multiple apologies came from James. They proceeded to tell me to drop everything I have and get on my knees in ten seconds. I dropped my weapon immediately and began to emote taking off my bag instead of simply taking it off for the sake of RP. I did so within the ten 10 seconds period. I didn't drop my clothes as that seemed like the most reasonable thing to do in roleplay - you can't be expected to undress in 10 seconds, and why would you want to strip a compliant hostage, either way. Well, after doing so, I gave James' friend a quick glance and the next thing I know, I'm dead. I believe this kind of robbery really portrays a lack of proper roleplay as I was obviously not a threat to them, and was only emoting to make the RP more immersive for both parties. I was in no way upset about the robbery, but the seemingly pointless kill ticked me off.

We made our demands clear as stated in the rules. We told him to drop everything on the ground in 10 seconds. It took him 10 seconds to drop his backpack only,i told him he have 5 more seconds to drop his clothes. We (me and james) became suspicous because not that much time ago we met with him and his friend and we were sure they are talking in teamspeak,telling his friend the place of where he is to come and save him. I was repeatedly asking him to drop his clothes on the ground but he didnt do it,i made my demands clear,he did not comply,so i killed him because i didnt want to stick around much longer waiting for his friend to kill us. We gave him a fair shot at survival,all he had to do was comply,he did not.

I would never use teamspeak in such a way. My IG radio was in the backpack that I'd dropped and I wouldn't use it without having it in my arms or emoting something. I'd also have used IG voip as well as teamspeak. As for the clothes thing, it's a bit unrealistic to undress in 10 seconds, and my character believed it to be so as well. In the end, I began emoting and was shot. There is also no reason to strip someone naked, someone that's compliant. All in all, pretty poor choice of action.

unrealistic...shut up...if you want realistic things,in real life if someone would point a gun to your head and say to take down your pants and shirt/jacket you would do it in 10 seconds. you were just trying to buy some time and pretending you dont hear what i say over the microphone so your friend can come and save you

I wouldn't want to turn this into a back and forth, but just to point something out, I did not intend to metagame whatsoever, and did not make any IC attempt to contact my friends over either via IG radio or TS.

Reason:

We have reviewed this report and agreed that both James blake and Michael Savage are guilty of BadRP.

You both robbed the OP forcing him to drop his backpack and weapon. You then proceeded to demand for him to drop all of his clothes and when he didn't you shot him for non compliance. Although you did have KoS rights for not complying to your demands this is a roleplaying server and by killing the OP you were acting on the rules over any potential RP. The OP was no threat and between the both of you,  could have easily moved him to another location and even tied his hands to get what you needed without resorting to violence. This would have then lead to extra time to provide decent RP for yourselves and the OP but instead you decided to take the fastest and easiest route to getting exactly what you wanted.
