Detailed description of the events: I was at Green Mountain and Met Abigail, we said Hi to each other and she said there was a man in the tower we were told that if we came up the tower ladder that we would be KOS'D. I moved into the wall at the base of the tower and was then Immediately Shot in the back of the head by Abigail's Friend who was wearing a GAS-Mask.

Abigail Ambrose PoV:

We are in the process of trying to capture Beau Amari when a random shows up. Over radio, we try to determine if the random could be an inside man with Beau Amari or not. I send out a text-based initiation, and the random doesn't comply. He immediately starts to aim his Winchester, not knowing where the initiation has come from. He looks around the mountain. We wait for approximately eight seconds as he continually aims his gun, not complying and peeking around the base of the tower. He is shot for non-compliance by Donald Daniels.

As we were on S3, my framerate was continually spiking, so I didn't record this for the sake of frames.

Beau Amari POV: I was in the tower alone and there was a hostile action taken place against me since I told people if they climbed the ladder, they would be shot. Jarek then ran up, Abigail DID warn you to put your hands up but only momentarily (maybeabout5-10 secs) and then I heard one single shot. I was recording and it did pick up text, voip, and single shot but the footage is of me proned in the tower, will post if it can be useful to this report.

EDIT: I do not fully know if it was Abigail who warned or not, if that makes any difference. She/he did confirm though and I quote "He's dead as fuckk". They did tell you hands up though.

Abigail and I rolled up to GM. We proceeded to get initiated on by a man named Beau. Beau was in the tower, and another man came up to GM. Knowing Beau he has many friends and this might have been one of his many. So we thought that he would have back stabbed us, so we had initiated on him clearly. Greyhound proceeded to raise his gun, aiming, so i raised my gun and shot him in the head.

At the time from when I was at green mountain I did see the hands-up in chat, unfortunately I read paramedic jacket which I was Not wearing. At the time I was at Green Mountain I was wearing a Red-Wool Coat and did not think that the chat applied to me. I heard a door open which sounded In/Near the prison I raised my gun and was peeking the door as there normally are many hostiles near that area, At that time it was when I was shot.

I very distinctly remember you wearing a paramedic jacket. After I killed you i checked, it was a Paramedic Jacket (crimson). Like i said our initiation was very clear, also shown in the logs. You were the only one wearing the Paramedic jacket in the compound.

So if you heard the initiation, but didn't think it applied to you, why raise your gun and look out into the compound?

I was at GM with the initiating party when they initiated on you in text, saying "Hands up now or you will be shot! you with the paramedic jacket" After initiating you aimed your gun so you were shot.

Verdict: Abigail Ambrose - Word vs Word- inconclusive evidence

Reason: After reviewing all the POVs and evidence the staff teams reviewing this case has decided on a conclusion.

We have reviewed all evidence provided and cannot find a solid reason to justify a ban. While the video evidence shows us that the person in the tower received the initiation, it does not show where the OP was or if he received the initiation .

 There is also the case of the red paramedic jacket.

Here we see a text initiation solely for whoever was wearing said jacket. The OP however says he wasn't wearing one, where as the accused says he was. With out actual evidence showing the situation on the ground we cannot come to a full conclusion on whether or not a rule break happened, as we can not take one word over another.
