Detailed description of the events: I was looking for some items at Myshkino Tents. After looting I left the base and was greeted by Traneal clum. His mic was lagging and I cold hardly understand him. I typed //your mic is lagging, so he would continue in text instead of VOIP. After standing there for about 2 minutes waiting for him to speak in text or VOIP, I was then initiated on by one of his crew. I comply and they search my bag, hardly saying a thing. Then they left. The robbery was about 2-3 minutes long.

Hi, I am very Sorry about mic I'm trying to fix it. The two members that were part of my group were Marco Acker and Fletcher Aker. I do not see how this is fail RP reasoning because my friend interacted with you saying "Put your hands up and to get on the ground." (this was Fletcher Aker). Then I used duct tape to tie him up. We stayed there for about a minute then left him stating that he had a weapon, food, water and he could break out of the duct tape. Sorry for the inconvenience ill fix my mic asap. Traneal Clum: Edit I have no additional evidence. We did not interrogate him. The reson that we robbed him was because we needed food real bad.

Don't have any screenshots nor evidence of what happened.

Aceman was talking to the guy and as soon as I saw the opportunity I came up behind him and stated William (didn't know his name) to put his hands up and to get on the ground. He said that this was the 3rd time this happened and I told him that it didn't matter to me, strongest survive. Aceman duct taped him and we searched through his stuff. We didn't interrogate him (we found no need to do so), we were lacking food supplies so we found it necessary to rob the first person we ran into. We tried to do it as quick as possible to get out of the middle of the field and at the same time we did not know if he had any friends, so we just did it as quick as we could. As stated before by my friend, we left him with a chance of survival (food, water, a gun, and he could escape the duct tape easily). Let me know if I missed anything and have a good one.

I don't have any evidence of what happened.

But i was on the hill above myshkino tents providing sufficient over watch so that i could keep my friends safe. i heard nothing that went on, all i know is we saw him alone we needed food and took the opportunity to rob this man in order for us to survive until we could get ourselves a stable food supply.

At 1 point at the end of the robbery i attempted to place a bag on the mans head so he could not follow us but my attempt failed. After that i left the area and we all decided to leave. we had already taken to long to conduct our "business" so we all left. When i searched the man i made sure he had food, water and a weapon to defend himself. To sum it all up Traneal and Fletcher went in did "business" i went down failed to cover man with a sack and we then left. We did not interrogate him. we did not need nor want to my over watch was enough information to the team that everything was alright. All we wanted was food. No harm was done to him. As stated before he was left with food, water and a weapon so he should be fine.

To the OP, do you have any video evidence?

The three of you initiated on the OP, telling him "Put your hands up and to get on the ground." (per post #3). You then bound him, took what you needed (while leaving him some of his own supplies), then left without any questions or anything else said to him due to being in the open--is this correct?

We stated that we had left him food, water, and that he should be able to escape. That was the last thing we said then we left. No questions.

I do. But since the accused have stated what they did in their POVs, then I do not see any reason to post it.

Post the video evidence.

Thanks.

I can see that the three robbers are fairly new to the community and might not have a complete understanding of the rules. I highly suggest that the three of you look at the rules once more to avoid future rule breaks. This report can be closed.

/Closing as requested.

To the accused.  By your own admission this was a short robbery with very little context.  Let this serve as a warning that this isn't accepted here.  Robberies must have roleplay involved and should never be rushed.

My advice look around the forums.  Read solved reports and see what works for banditry.

Take a look at this guide here:

Be thankful the OP showed mercy on you because if you don't improve this, the next person may not be so forgiving.
