Detailed description of the events:

So, I was with Welden, heading from Stary to Novy to meet with Oisin. When we get there, we see the large group standing on the road near the church. After a couple minutes of talking, the majority start to run out of town, including Welden, (who told me that we needed to leave). Seeing Sofie standing there, I approach her and ask why everyone left. She tells me that Luanne was there and asks if I wished to tag along. I say “sure” and proceed to follow. We walk around the side of the church to where the small wooden shed sits, Oisin is talking to Luanne, an argument was going on that had started before I got there so I don’t know what it was about.Welden contacts me asking why I didn’t go with him to Stary, I respond that I decided to stay and he responded that he was coming back because he wasn’t leaving me there alone. A discussion continues between Luanne, Oisin, and Sofie; Oisin leaves for what reason I did not hear, and Luanne requests that she talk to Sofie alone on matters of “things we can teach each other.” The rest of the group stay just out of earshot, but watch through binoculars. We see Luanne draw a gun on Sofie, then proceed to run uphill; we give chase and stop her at the top.

We explain that we were just trying to talk, but decide to take the radio she dropped on the ground and smash it just in case. She also dropped her weapon by her own accord. Sofie, Oisin, and Cahir walk with her into the woods while me, Welden, and two others decide if we should follow or not. I decided to follow, because in character, I want to make sure the situation didn’t go all “staby-staby” and try to mediate as much as possible. We run into the woods and takes us a good minute - minute and a half to catch up with them. We continue to walk for maybe another minute or two through the woods (at which point she tells us some dirty jokes) before stopping and having her sit in front of a bush. She goes AFK for about 30 seconds (she asked in OOC if she could, and we said that was fine) she returns and Cahir states that he doesn’t know her too well and asks her to tell him about herself. As she does, Welden is instructing the two men (that I am unable to recall the names of) that one needs to be patrolling the north end, and the other the south end). I go and stand next to her and listen to her as she talk about how she can cook a mean casserole, when bullets start flying at us. I see Sofie, Oisin, and Cahir get hit and go down; my plate vest takes some of the bullets and I begin to run and get about ten -fifteen feet out before more bullets hit me, first knocking me unconscious before dying a few seconds later.  

On the report of Meta-Gaming:

We had Luanne remove her radio and crushed it, preventing her from contacting her group. We then escorted her deep into the forest for a time of about 3 minutes and thirty seconds and then had sat her at a random bush. Within 4 minutes of her sitting there (30 second was her going AFK), we were ambushed by her group. The stream shows that she didn’t communicate with them. It is suspected that they figured out her location via her stream and mowed us down. Not to mention, you can see that the leader of their group, Jay Wong, comments several times during the whole incident.

On the report of RDM:

We never fired upon Luanne (as far  as I can tell, though I may have not heard it and someone else did) nor did we initiate on her. There were subtle threats but never an initiation. None of us hit her or emoted hitting her, she was never handcuffed, and she dropped her weapons peacefully. We were gunned down without warning.

After the whole situation, zerotp and Cahir came down to our comms, we asked if they felt there was a rulebreak, and they said no, it's all good.

Jay Clark POV:

I'm in Novy Sobor, over watching the whole situation, inwhich I'm pretty sure that the OP's party knows this due to the fact that many times they said that to Luanne and the others down there that they know I'm there. Also it would be best to mention now that OP's group was quite big, and Jack, Benny and Marek were with you guys the whole time. I believe Marek has video evidence so it will show them literally with you guys the whole journey, following you.

Luanne, I believe takes a girl away from the group and initiates on her, in which your group starts running up to her, along with the members of the Brotherhood following, and I'm still hiding in trees in a moved location about 100m/50m away. You guys then initiate Luanne, and Benn, Jack and Marek are all there with you guys to see that. You guys handcuff her and start taking her across the treeline, I believe east towards Gorka.

Once your party stops, and Luanne sits down and you start talking to her, we decide that it is the best time to take action, we give it a few more minutes though just to be safe. OP's parts actualy start talking to Jack, Benny and Marek, asking them to overwatch the situation while the others surround Luanne, basically making us create a circle around them.

Once we see fit that it is a good opportunity, we start firing and I think they all die.

RDM: You initiated on Luanne, handcuffed her and stole a weapon I think, therefore granting us KOS rights.

Metagame: As I said, I was 50m/100m away the whole time you were travelling, and Jack, Benny and Marek were with you guys.

EDIT: After watching the stream, here a few timestamps that prove we didn't RDM or metagame.

- You say you didn't initiate, yet after watching the stream one bullet flies past Luanne and when Zerotp first finds her in the tree at 1:00:05, he points his gun and tells her not to move.

-At 1:00:49, zerotp asks Luanne if that is one of her friends running up the hill. Yes, that was me running up the hill, as I said I was the only one not right next to you guys the whole time. So I was in the area when everything went down.

-1:02:00 is when zerotp says "You're going to drop your radio and put your hands up, or I will shoot".

-1:02:18 is when someone with your group is asking why someone ran into the forest. That's me.

-1:02:21, zerotp doesn't just take the radio, he breaks it. Bit hostile imo?

-At about 1:02:25, you hear someone say that "this is going to end badly, I know it". That is Marek. I'm not lying when I say Marek, Jack and Benny were with you the whole time.

-1:03:00 Luanne literally states that she isn't alone and that we are waiting for a time to "gun y'all down".

-Also to add to the fact that you claim you didn't initiate, Cahir at 1:03:18 is saying that Luanne should "shut her fucking mouth before I shoot you".

-1:03:42, cahir is talking about her being in this 'position', I don't think someone would say that when they are having a friendly talk the way he did.

-1:07:28, also to add to your claim that you didn't initiate, Cahir and another person with the orange backpack point their gun at Luanne's face.

-1:11:32 orange mountain backpack asks Benny to start surrounding the area.

-1:12:00 orange mountain backpack asks Jack to surround the area.

-1:12:40 orange mountain backpack asks Marek to surround the area and that if they see anyone their going to 'pop' them in the head.

-1:13:08, Luanne is back from being AFK, she stands up and Cahir points his gun clearly telling her to sit the fuck down.

-At 1:14:40 Cahir says he doesn't give two fucks so he is willing to hurt Luanne.

-1:14:58 Cahir points his gun for the last time. 

-1:15:00 is when the shooting begins, and if you watch every frame after this, you can see that from Luanne's perspective, the ones shooting are the ones that where supposed to be looking around and surrounding the area, aka us.

All of these timestamps are either accurate, or a little bit before just so it can put in into context a bit. I hope these timestamps justify that we did not metagame and we did not RDM. We had KOS right, and we were with you the whole journey.

EDIT 2: To prove that we spoke to Cahir and zerotp after the event, in which they said no rule was broken, at 1:22:29 Wong says that zerotp is in open comms, in which I leave straight away to talk to him and Cahir who joins later.

Me, Jack, Marek, Benny and Lucas were the only ones that had KOS rights.

Benny's PoV:

I was told be Sean to come to Novy, as there were people looking for our new group mate Luanne. So I came, and blended right into the big group hunting Luanne. They found her. She walked off with another girl and initiated on her. The whole group runs after her and someone initiated and takes her radio. I'm within maybe 75 meters at this point. I was with the group the whole time. We followed you into the Forrest with Luanne. OP, Jack and I were with you walking into the woods. We didn't shoot until a gun was pointed at Luanne. We had multiple opportunities to shoot you all, but did not. We waited until a gun was raised whole Luanne was a hostage, to open fire.

We can talk about it in TS if you want, OP. As far as I'm concerned you were a part of their dynamic group, and this is the second time you've sorta held Luanne hostage.

Look at time stamp 1:45:00 and watch from there. When Cahir leans right you can see me facing him (blue press vest, no shirt, AK) and I had been there the whole time

Was up Logan. My POV:

I was watching Wall-E with some other people when Jay poked me and asked if I could help. I told them I was watching a film and was too far away anyway

Every now and again I would pop back into sunshine stream see what was going on as I wasn't even in the channel with TPB but in room 13 with Panic,Brodie and Assassin.

The only thing I put input on was that TPB should wait till the Op and friends was settled down.

My POV: We all log on and decide to meet in Novy, we see that Luanne has been talking to this group which later start acting hostile to her by body blocking her and chasing her around the town. So me Benny and Marek sit beside them in Novy and watch for about 10min after which luanne goes up in to the field with Sophie (Previous to this I gave luanne a gun because I had a feeling that I new what was going to happen) she draws on Sophie and buys herself some time to run which is when some guy in an orange Mtn Backpack shoots at her with a Magnum. From her we decide to continue to follow them up the hill which is when they initiated and proceed to handcuff her and drag her into the forest, which is when I, Benny, and Marek continue to follow with them not asking any questions about who we are. We find our selfs about 5 mins later somewhere outside Gorka which is when they decide to point a gun at luanne's head, after that we new we had to act soon. One of the guys which I believe is Logan spread Me, Benny, and Marek out around them since Jay Clark was following and the saw him previously. Also who I believe to be Logan wanted us to tell them when we saw any one for them to shoot luanne in the head. After about a min we all took our targets and fired upon them because Luanne was about to be executed.

On the report of Meta-Gaming: It wasn't Meta we where with you guys since Novy and Luanne muted as soon as she dropped her radio after you shot at her.

On the report of RDM: I don't believe it was RDM because one of you shot at Luanne, also you handcuffed Luanne and dragged her into the forest, Several of you continuously pointed guns an luanne, you even told me that if any one was to follow us I was to tell you guys so you can shoot her. After which you had a gun to her head and all five of you where standing around her about to end her life.

If we could I would like to talk this over in TS because I believe that no rule was broken.

After talking to Cahir today, I asked him if any Black Sky members were involved, in which he said no. I'm fairly certain that the Black Sky members you are talking about was Benny, Lucas, Jack and Marek.

My PoV: I was told to head towards novy by my group members, when arriving i stayed back for what seemed like 30 minutes. Luanne/Sunshine told us she was taking a girl away and initiating or something. When she did, she ran off. I heard what sounded like a revolver shooting at her and then she told us not to shoot at them because they were holding her up near S-GRU area. I then tried to flank them by going to the north of S-GRU but then they had moved into the forest heading towards Guglovo. I then flanked around the north tree line and was told they were going towards guglovo from the guys following them. I decided to head towards the forest and ended up coming straight in front of them as seen at 1:08:58 on the left side. I decided to turn and run and hide as i waited for further instructions. As they stopped and talked to Luanne, We were then given instructions to kill them doing so we opened fire and killed all of them.

I logged in Gorka. I walked over to Novy cause wongs boys said they had a situation. They told me they had a friend somewhere in the forest being captive so I walked through the forest to see If I could maybe hear them talking. I actually find them right at the edge of the forest and asked what was going on. Someone told me that this woman was a cannibal and asked If I knew her and I replied with "yea thats the girl with the loud mouth shes a horrible person" or something like that. I didn't have any KoS rights so I didn't get involved, however one of the captors asked me to watched the treeline cause he said there might be people coming after her. Thye didn't realize that they already had been infiltrated by 2 or 3 brotherhood members posing as civ's running with them. During the gunfight I didn't do anything, I actually got shot and just hid cause I had no KoS rights at the time.

Anyway, went to Novy. Luanne was in TPB coms as I was also with if I recall three others (can't recall top of my head) I arrive to Novy and see what I think is Luanne baptizing someone? After some RP she takes off running and we just kinda stand around kinda lost... After a few mins Luanne is found in a shed. After some more RP they split off and Luanne and some woman decide to walk into the field alone (Mind me and TPB were their also) We fallowed them all the way to the woods.. After the gunfight where we saved Luanne we moved away.
