Detailed description of the events: NI walk into Green Mountain and see two people who instantly run and hide in the top of the tower. Then as I walk around the compound they accuse me of being with the French and robbing them. I tell them "I am not with them" and ask them. "if I was, what the fuck are you gonna do about it." He then proceeds to raise his gun and shoot me. Logs should prove everything.

Around about an hour and a half ago, the French Foreign Legion took myself and two of my allies hostage after we tried to hold up one of their guys. They basically told us that we had fucked up and whatnot, they then made us kill one of our own, keep in mind, this is after they had killed one of our guys who couldn't have been affiliated with us, as he was just hanging around the area prior.

Anyway, we was stripped of all of our gear and left with a couple of ruined apples.. We decided to go to the airfield and get some weaponary, now on the way there, we ran past the FFL about three times, however we didn't say anything. After getting weapons, we went to GM and waited for a friend, upon doing so, a guy wearing the FFL uniform peaks around the gate a few times and then ran, so we went up the tower, waiting for them to do something.

This guy strolls in with his red beret, and basically yells up, I ask him what he wants, bla bla, we argue, and I'm pretty certain I recognize this guy from earlier, so I decide to shoot him in the face. Now, after doing so, the FFL have now shown up at GM and are waiting for us to come out.

Me being in TS with them proves nothing. I am friends with them yes. If a staff member could post the connection logs it will prove I was never on whenever this initiation happened and you had no KoS rights on myself.

I made the decision to fire upon based upon the basis that you sounded like one of our captors, and you wore the uniform of the FFL. The red beret and all. Why would a random stranger even bother sneaking up on us and poking his head about, plus why did the FFL attack us after your death? Even if you was with them after they had robbed us, you was in their dynamic group no? I mean hell, if they engaged us, I'm sure you'd have happily helped them, even though you wasn't there at the beginning?

Anyway, I will no longer reply to you, I will only answer questions asked by staff from now on.

Now unless my math is wrong they first off shot dougie after the 2 hour KOS timer was up if he was even involved which he wasn't. And secondly he connected to the server far after that situation ever happened. Now we did re take the people the initiated on us after I killed that man but i'm not sure if that lasted  30 minutes or not so they MAY have still had kos on us but not dougie in the slightest.

What you could have done instead would be to initiate on your suspected aggressor. Captured him to where you could've learned more about who he is and then decided what to do with him. Doing this, you could've found out who he was and that he was not involved, thus avoiding a KOS on someone who you did not have KOS rights on.

Just as a note - Just because someone is in the same TeamSpeak as someone else, does not mean that your KOS rights transfer between them.
