Can't whitelist? I'm a donor.

Hello, My last rewhitelisting was rejected, I was told to wait 6 hours. Kinda waited awhile haha. But now i'm not getting the option to retake the whitelist quiz. I donated money back when the community was on arma 2, and I've been whitelisted before. Can't seem to redo it now. Please help.

I have waited much longer than 6 hours. Tried to do it again today but still says rejected and no option to retake the test.
