Detailed description of the events:

First I just want to state that I'm not accusing anyone of anything. I just want to know what I have witnessed.

I approach NWAF from the Pub side (E). Since for the last couple of days there were signs of lootcycling in the morning I pump up the gamma and head towards the M4 spawning spots. In the tent area I notice a player that goes in and out of the m4-spawning tent (barracks?). We are the only two players on the server so I don't feel the need to rush and pulse-check. Everytime he goes in he spends fair ammount of time in there. I get closer to check where he's going - since it takes him only few seconds I know it has to be somewhere close behind the tent. I get closer (at that point I think I was heard/spotted - I don't know) and the only thing I find are the loot piles in the place where the player was possibly going. After the end of the video I fall back to the treeline and join helpdesk where I have a chat about how to proceed. (I've got my whole gameplay recorded if it will be needed but there's nothing more there).

Additional informations about the video/timestamps:

0:10-0:30 - Looting&leaving

0:39 comes back, I decide to reposition

1:20 spotted again in barracks

2:14 Current player list

2:15-2:56 movement in barracks & leaving them

3:39 entering barracks & I reposition to get a closer look where's he leaving.

4:16 leaving the barracks

4:44 comming back to the barracks - I decide to reposition but till 8:05 don't spot any movement and decide to check the place where he was possibly going

8:05-8:20 lootpiles

Additional evidence:

Lootpiles (the fourth one looks strange due to being taken while moving - the things from screenshots are in the video with the sound when I make a screenshot):

The one below has the wrong names due to being taken while moving and my pc being medieval.

Yep, I was there.

I was tring to take screenshots as well of the lootpiles which there when I got there, trying to capture somebody doing it. During my time on the airfield, I think I was there 60-75 minutes, maybe even longer, I did find four or five lootpiles on several different spots.

There were 2 lootspots close to both the officers tents, the one on the east side had an AK101 and some M4 parts in it. The one close to the west officers tent had an AK101, an M4, also some M4 parts, ammunition for pistol, FNX and alot of different clothes there.

My reason for staying there, sitting in the officerstent, walking back and forth?

I was waiting for it to despawn, so that nobody could use it. By the time I had to go, alot of it was already gone and had despawned again, so I thought my job was done, untill I was called into this report and I'm being accused of doing what I was trying to prevent.

Do you have any idea how boring it is to have to wait for stuff to despawn? I'm glad you didn't filmed the part where I was singing out loud to counter the boring wait.

If there are anymore questions I'm ready to answer them.

[align=justify]I have no reason not to believe you but have you at least informed people you were in teamspeak channel with about what was going on? Just to cover all the bases "in case". You have to admit that from my perspective this looked really suspicious...

Now that you say so, I did mention in TS somebody had been really busy at NW with lootcycling, we even joked about one of them needing ammunition for his weapon.

I think Ark, Autumn and AndreQ were present in TS at that time.

Verdict:

Joey Grigori - Loot cycling - word against word / inconclusive evidence

Reason:

Facts are:

In the video provided we can see Joey in the barrack.

We can see he was there.

Inconclusive:

We do not know if it was him creating the loot piles.

We do not know if the loot piles were already there before Joey went into the barracks.

Anyone could have been doing these loot piles prior to Joey arriving at the airfield.

We have no proof that it was the accused that did the lootcycling, as the video only shows that he was there, but not if it was him that created them.

Outcome:

Joey Grigori - Loot cycling - word against word / inconclusive evidence - no action taken.
