Detailed description of the events:

I logged in not too far from Gorka, and I slowly made my way into the center of town. I was hungry so I searched a few houses for food, as I was coming out of one, I ran into one of the Pestilence Brothers. I started explaining to him how I was searching for food and the rest of his brothers slowly showed up. Jay Wong immediately identified me and proceeded to take me hostage. I complied, wherein they then took me deep into the woods, and interrogated me regarding the death of their fellow brother, Clayton Forrest. 

In a previous encounter I had with them, they had Luanne Galloway, my in-character sister, hostage. In order for Jay Wong to want me more than my 'sister,' I admitted to the killing of their beloved brother. That it was I, who solely captured him and killed him... Wong was very insistent at first on saying that I couldn't have been the only one because there were other names on the list that Ivan Lynch had made when he was interrogated by the Brotherhood. (Disclaimer: I did help with the murder of Clayton Forrest, but I was not the only one. This is necessary to know for the invalid execution part of this report.) Eventually he agreed for me to be exchanged for my sister; however, after a while, I realized that he would never release her anyway. I never went through with it, and went on my merry way. 

Now to get back on track; during the incident regarding the report, I was asked for perma-scar requests after minimal role-play. Most of that time before this consisted of us casually walking into the middle of the forest and them talking among themselves and occasionally telling me I made a mistake. I would always respond with, "I only said it so that you would want me more than my sister..." which is entirely understandable considering how Wong was reluctant to believe me at first under the circumstances. I found very odd how they were asking for these perma-scars with little to no build up, so I denied most of them that caused me any real problems - hoping to see they could adapt and add a little bit more to the role-play. After a bit of this I might add that the role-play was enjoyable after the constant pestering for perma-scar had ended. 

It is honestly hard to recall each one of them, the logs will show them however. One I can include that is not in the logs directly is being asked to cut my face deep from the top of my ear all the way to the other, following my mouth line. In the logs I believe it shows up as, "Can we do this to you like how I described it?" Something like that. I didn't think it was something I wanted to do to my character with little to no in-character development with it.

For The Immature RP Part Of The Report: 

One of the perma-scars I was asked about was to cut off my nipples. Thinking it was a joke, I laughed in the OOC chat. I mean, what else am I supposed to assume? Then I was asked if they could take one... I ask if they are serious. Then they respond with, "yes or no?" I feel this was really immature on their part.

Attempted PowerGame Part Of The Report: 

After a while I was told specifically, "We are going to give you a drug to make you forget, do you understand?" I then respond with, saying that I deny them the right to drug me. They then said fine, we will just execute you then.

Invalid Execution:

After they said they were going to execute me, I denied them the right to do so. They then said they had the right to execute me because I had killed their member, Clayton. I kept responding, saying that they have no way of knowing for sure whether I had or not, especially under the circumstances of when I had admitted to his murder. Of course, at the end of the day, I did kill Clayton and they knew this OOC. I believe this is why they persisted to believe it was me who killed him. Even after extreme interrogation, I basically gave a believable lie of who it was that killed Clayton... to the point where Drew Griffin believed it was this individual. 

As well as the fact that killing a friend of yours does not immediately grant you execution rights, if I am correct. I was overall disappointed in the fact that they persisted with attempted perma-scar requests only to execute me. 

Another Disclaimer: The reason why this report is being posted so much later than the incident is because I was consulting staff on the possible immature RP rule-break, and what its specifically classified as. As well as attempting to make an underground report. I was eventually told that I would need to make a public report if I feel a rule has been broken; thus why this is being posted now.

In response to what you are saying, I have to add a few things because there are some inconsistencies in it. 

During the time of this post on the frequency that Kaiden Stone had made, I was in-fact not the leader of the group and actually, I didn't even post anywhere on that thread. If you check the date of the post and compare it to the time when I had first welcomed somebody into my group as the new leader on the Immortals thread you will find that they are not during the same time period:

Regardless, I believe that still does not grant you execution rights on myself for the actions of another member of my group. Yes, Kaiden may have execution rights on most of the gamblers because of the long history he has had with them; however, I do not. I am not Kaiden and he is not me. Because one member of my group has execution rights on you does not mean you automatically by default have them on me specifically... (correct me if I'm wrong staff). 

At the time of my capture I had absolutely zero relations with Zbor. I don't see how that would have any relevance into you trying to cut off my nipples. I found it to be immature and it absolutely does not reflect on anything to do with what Zbor had done to one of your members. I don't see why that would give you any right to ask that sort of thing?

Did I say there was a problem with you declining ? No.. I said we was running out of things to do due to you declining which is fine.

Apologies if something is off, as it's been a while.

Drew Griffin POV: We are running around Gorka with a new and unlikely friends Riviara when we come across Destiny Galloway. We've been looking for her since our capture of Ivan Lynch in Dolina and see the chance to get her. We ensure that she's on the list that IVAN provided and initiate.

With past experiences, we know that people will often run through Gorka and surrounding trees, so we move her a very long way and even up a hill. Upon arrival we begin questioning her and get information that Slade Chambers was the primary one responsible, however, he's not on the list. So, we question if she is completely sure, and agree that he's out next target.

After that, we ask for perma scars, only two days before this I had my left nipple burned off with a flare by members of Zbor, so somebody suggested that we simply cut one of hers off. To which, she responded no, so we settled with playing "tic-tac-toe" on her stomach.

Around the end, Wong didn't want to execute her, so he suggested that and we said all right, at which point he suggested it to her and she said no, so our only other choice to end the situation without her remembering who it was that left the scar was execution. We exercised our execution rights from when we captured Ivan and he stated that she was present and played a part in the death of one of our members, and killed her.

Our reason for execution was valid, as we had information from one of her own members that she played a vital role in the death of our member, the immature RP is not immature at all, as it is more of an insult to an ego. Our group has had my missing nipple brought up in several conversations with Zbor, and it is really a blow to confidence. It gives a sense of vulnerability.

As for the powergame, if anything, this would be attempted powergame, however, he still asked permission for it.

Benny's PoV: We captured Destiny in Gorka, she was being a smart ass to us the whole way when we were taking her to a secluded location. Back talking, rolling her eyes, and being pretty unruly for a hostage.... We got her to a secluded location, and tried to torture her for answers in finding out who killed Clayton. We had IC information that she was there when he was killed. She didn't let us do anything to her as far as permascar on anywhere except her stomach. As far as immature goes, I believe one of Destiny's guys burnt off Drew's nipple with a flare, so, an eye for an eye I suppose. Overall I was really fed up with Destiny's RP the past few times I'd run into her. Our group has a long history of animosity, and she either rule plays having a wicked stutter through an hour of torture so we can't technically know it's her, or we just aren't allowed to do anything, so we aren't left with many options role play wise.

That situation we were fed up. Our role play was killed because 1. She was an asshole/back talking hostage. 2. She didn't leave us any options with role play

I was hardly involved in torturing/ killing her. I said a couple OOC things (as seen in logs) to maybe coax her into extenuating role play. I suggest calling in PanicAtThelena because she was there as a 3rd party basically.

Pov: I don't really remember the whole event but we started by capturing Destiny in game. I have never really met her or actually rped with her but my brothers had told me she was wanted. As I remember I mostly was just on watch with Riv. Once Riv began to rp with her I mostly stayed on watch and listened in. We began to torture her and ask for perma scaring. The boys believed that we would have good execution rights and we thought how we should do it. We executed her and I helped by stabbing her while she was unconscious.

POV: (Sorry if I can't remember every thing it's been like 4 weeks) So me and Wong ran into Gorka to meet with the brothers, we ran in to destiny (at this time we where searching for the killers that partaked in Claytons death) We all dragged her into the forest after recognizing who it was. We took her up some hill and began questioning her and blaming her for the killing of Clayton we had proof that she was apart of it In game.We began torturing her. During the torturing she provided no info/ confession not a surprise to our group because every time we meet he she gives us no rp talks in a stutter after an hour of torture rp so we can't identify her. we then proceeded to execute her because we have proof she was apart or killed Clayton.

For The Immature RP Part Of The Report: Even though I was there I wasn't the one who suggested this or wanted to even ask her about the cutting of the nipple because I believe it it could only bring negative rp.. I would like to add that she wouldn't let us perma scar her face.

Attempted PowerGame Part Of The Report:  I believe we decided to give her a forget all drug because she was telling us we didn't have execution rights even though we did. I'm really confused why attempted power gaming is apart of this when she denied it in game it's not like we did it with out her permission.

Invalid Execution: I believe we had execution rights because she perma killed one of our brothers and some one my character had known for about 3 months.

Over all I would like to say that we have completely stopped looking for her due to her lack rp, since we can never get any where with her any way.

Jay Wong and party, while you might have had execution rights, the way you went about using them is unacceptable.

You state that his drug will make the OP forget everything that had happened to her during the course of your time together, however when she refuses you decide to enact your execution rights and hide behind the rules instead of trying to further any potential  roleplay, because you don't want any consequences for the acts you just committed.

if you take a look at the rules you will see the following:

You ask about the drug, the op refuses, and seeing as the roleplay isn't going the way you wanted , force her to do what you want by forcing the NLR rule upon her. While it is deemed that you did indeed have execution rights the way you used them is unacceptable like we said above. You bent the rules to suit your own needs for getting out of a situation scot free, rather  then taking responsibility for your actions and using the opportunity to advance future roleplay.

This is ruleplay by the very definition and as such the  following applies:
