The Staroye Clinic has been destroyed and the original Doctor is nowhere to be seen. I will see that this place is rebuilt and brought under new management The Staroye Clinic Shall be Reopened sometime tomorrow and WE SHALL REBUILD CIVILIZATION STARTING WITH THIS CLINIC! We shall still help everyone that comes along no matter who you may be and unless you have things to spare you need not pay though a donation is appreciated Welcome one and Welcome all to the new Staroye Clinic.

*The Doctor picks up a chair and then looks around on what to start cleaning up first and starts to lift things back up and get ready for the people to come in need of help*

*The Doctor Sighs as he picks up the radio after putting The clinic back in some kind of order*

I Mean no offense to you Irishmen and I do not want to start any trouble I just want to help those I can who have hit hard times in this Apocolypse. I will leave you alone and give free medical treatment and food to you as needed I just want to bring some kind of semblance of civilization. Because I want you to know that the wild west will come to an end someday this world will also end and Civilization no matter how bad it may be will come back humans are a stubborn race and you may have ten more years to do anything you want but if we want our lives to go back in order it will end whether you want it or Not. I will not be the one to bring this ending to lawlessness, but it will end someday either with our extinction or with our rebuilding of society.

*The doctor Looks around the room pulling out his books and tools and piling on the table and getting to work on a new filing system for patients*

[Hofmeister sniffles and snorts his phlegm, grumbling to himself. He brings his respirator up from underneath his chin, and allows it to snap onto face, subsequently twitching as a result of the pain. He gradually plucks his radio out of one of his vest's pouches. Clicking it on, allowing himself to attentively spin the dial, prying ears for something at least moderately entertaining. Hearing a somewhat familiar voice, he tunes in. He begins to align himself in his chair in eager aspiration, awkwardly shifting his legs together in front of him in a miserable attempt to become comfortable; as he apprehensively lets his fore finger down onto the radio; a profound and monotone voice begins to reluctantly mumble]

"The Doctor, eh? I can't say that makes you an easily identifiable individual. Many people refer to themselves as such, some who within their rights to do so and others who are...Simply put - Not. Well, according to you, you are "THE" Doctor...Care to elaborate on what exactly gives you the rights to supposedly, claim such a defined title? Or shall I just assume that you are that you are greatly condescending man? 

Either way, I wish to speak with...What was it you referred to yourself as? "The Doctor of  Vocabulary"...? We briefly conversed in Dolina, after you decided to tactlessly claim sections of Alcyone's property."

[Hofmeister releases the button, attentively placing the radio on the drawer to his side. He begins drumming his fingers impatiently on his desk while he awaits a response]

*Kozlov listens to the radio broadcast and scowls whilst intently heeding the voices on the radio. He shakes his head and snorts whilst clasping his hands around a hunting knife. After the many responses he directly responds to the original voice and speaks in a very slow and serious tone.*

"Rebuild Civilization? Well mister doctor, all I can say for you is good luck. You're not going to succeed. The world is perfect the way it is right now. We don't need to rebuild anything. And hey, providing you keep your little clinic nothing major, you won't find yourself in any trouble.

Mějte se, Doctor!"

*Men talking in Chernarussian can be heard in the background, followed by a drunken cheer of laughter.*

I understand that I may not rebuild Civilazation fully but I can help in any way I can. I also never remember calling myself the "Doctor of Vocabulary" Though I suppose its a funny name and I wouldent mind people calling me it though it is not what I want people to think of me as. and Yes I have stopped looking for Illness through a Microscope. Also This is not my clinic the man who Had been running it has dissapered and It needed someone to run it I suppose I could move it but that would change a location that At least i Hope some people have heard about so I may move it but postponed it because people know its here and I also like it here so there is that.

*The Doctor chuckles again at the familer voices rolling out of the radio and puts down the radio as he grabs his gear and heads out for a quick supply run*
