Detailed description of the events: This is highly disrespectful and immature, this type of behavior should not strive in this community.

Dude. That entire teamspeak was banter. Your own friend, Razi, was roasting you. You're actually reporting me for this?

First off, there was no banter we were discussing something rather important at the time, two I never played it off bud, I said let me just get a screenshot of this. In the past you always did the same thing and came into my channel to be disrespectful and to troll me, I am done with the "banter" bullshit. As well as you joined and then wrote all those words and then left the channel how would you know if it was banter or not, it wasn't. I been gone for awhile from this community because of various reasons, I come back for 20 minutes and you are already joining my channel to insult me

I was in the teamspeak channel when this happened.

POV: I was in the channel talking to MetalxTongue, when killian joined the channel... Flluroz joined and we ALL started to have a bit of banter because we haven't seen Killian in a month. I seen nothing wrong with what happened just pure banter. If anything, I done the most damage. Me and Killian began to argue a little! Of course this was all seen as a joke in my eyes. I seen nothing wrong with what Flluroz did and I myself think I have done worse. Thanks. I wish to speak to Killian about this report before it can go any further.

I am going to ask again what Josh already wanted to know: Is there any other evidence besides this screenshot, which in all honesty is only one sided, as it only shows the accused posts but we cannot know what has been said in TS that made him post that. We do not know the context behind it and we do not know what you have said.

Reading the statements, it gives the impression that everything seemed to be "funny" first, but then something changed it for you but you never tried to speak to the accused yourself. Is that correct?

He left the channel after all of it, I was on my phone which cant really talk back only type back due to the internet, I was listening and reading mostly.

Reason:After reviewing the evidence provided and listening to all sides the staff team reviewing this report have come to the following.

Given the lack of evidence showing us the context that the chat had, we feel that we can not properly  judge the situation as we do not know a number of things.

To the accused:  Be aware that jokes are fine but there is a line. If you feel the things you are saying  makes the other user uncomfortable or is offending them simply stop and apologize.

To the OP: Should this happen again bring forth more evidence so we can get the feeling of what the chats mood was in the beginning, during, and after the situation has happened. Also if your feeling uncomfortable with what is being said, or your offended by another user say so. If they don't stop after saying so record and report it to an admin.

Given the circumstances we recommend that you both stay away from each other if need be.  This is a mature community and we all must act like such. To put it simply follow the golden rule treat others the way you would want to be treated. Know that even though your jokes may be funny to some it could upset others, and that even if they go along and you pass jokes back and forth at first one joke could offend the person.
