S1 Attempted KOS, Firefight bait, Unclear initiation?

Detailed description of the events: Myself and some members of the Vestige were moving around NWAF looting and looking for RP, we met a group of people just south of the Military tents and for a short time we RP'ed with them and tried to figure out what they where doing. As we were RP'ing with them they all started getting very jittery and everybody expecting an initiation to be dropped, suddenly Dimitri Irons starts taking random fire at the west hardened barracks[/size] from an unknown location and a huge group of people comes out of the trees towards us. I pulled back into the opposite trees to the west  to help Dimitri and everybody including the guys we were RP'ing with made a run for it, as everyone scattered I observed an initiation on the people we where RP'ing with from which they complied. because most of us were scattered about we thought we should just pull out and leave but a random bystander was still with us so I initiated and planned on sending him back to the other group as I thought he was an inside man, unfortunately he didn't comply so I ran into the forest to make my escape but the new comer group followed us and a short fire fight ensued in which we lost and I died thus ending my involvement. The questions that arise from this situation are simple:

- Why were we fired upon before an initiation?, did this party want us to return fire therefore starting a fire fight?

- Why did the party initiate on such a large area such as the tents when they knew that most were not even aware of the initiation? did they intend to create non compliant combatants?

- how did my party become un-compliant when it didn't even look as though we had been initiated on?

POV: there was about 6-7 of us on  nwaf looking for loot and people when Blake said there was a lot of people at the nwaf tents so I got in position in the officer tent  to see whether he gets initiated on. Vaine then tells us he sees multiple people running our way. I began to hear shots in the distance but I thought nothing of it until the officer hut door was closed and someone began to shoot at the hut which I was in. I eventually ran out and that's when the initiations started and firefights began to kick off on the airstrip, I flanked around ambush etc to help the guys when I was initiated on but I chose to run due to the amount of trees I had for cover, whilst running Vaine told us he was knocked out so I turned around to go and save him thinking there was only one enemy when I began taking shots from an SVD which eventually killed me

Dimitri Cove's POV

We go to NWAF. We bump into 3 guys. while blitz and dimitri and blake speak with them i slip away and get on one of the towers to keep overwatch.

While they were all talking i spot in the distance 4 people moving in to their location (coming near where the exit is with the dirt road that leads to lopatino)

I tell them they may want to get moving along as i could tell by their sprinting towards them they were not coming to ask for directions.

At this time i assumed it was backup for the 3 guys we were talking to.

My guys began to move through the tents when dimitri began taking shots when he went to the arched military barracks. No initiation was made and the group of 4 (which turned out to be the irish) were no where near close enough yet to have dropped an initiation(first time i gain KOS rights).

We hang fire as we were rather confused on what was actually going on.

I took myself to the tree line behind the blue hangers.

While making his way there blitz ran into the sam guy (who we had been talking with before i spotted the irish) and initiated on him since he had the drop on him and frankly we still had no idea why we were being shot upon. Sam dropped his gun fine enough i believe but picked it back up in hopes to get blitz. this didnt work as kill logs show.

Dimitri and blitz and blake move towards the area im at, shots continue .

I spot 2 of the irish behind one of the walls in tree line spraying at my guys(second time gaining KOS). I pop off a shot into one, he remained up but caught him with another shot while he bandaged causing him to pass out. I fire another shot into him and believed he was dead (turns out it didnt finish him off.. bugger)

The other guy next to him wearing gorka helmet bolted off so i lost sight of him. I then relocated myself and heard the first initiation being made against dimitri ( this may very well of been the one clapton is on about. Gained me KOS again ). I attempted to locate where he was but while scanning the trees i took fire from my rear. After 2-3 shots i passed out.

Im not one for bitching about being killed i just put the situation down to them miss IDing us and thus shooting at us absent an initiation.

But non the less i thought id best fire my POV in here.

edit: forgot to mention blake. Dimitri is incorrect with his figure on how many of us there was. It was me ,blitz ,dimitri,Blake Harris. I believe (but could be wrong) kenway arrived at one point but was killed once he arrived (someone needs to confirm this as i may be mixing him being there up with another situation)

Full PoV: I logged on near Kabanino and made my way to the forest South-West of the NWAF, When I arrived I was immediately shot at and took cover. I was in the trees when I hear over TS one of our guys had been shot so I find the guy shooting and wait for my breath and kill him. I link up with Frank and we engage a man in a red rain coat who was running towards the shots and my unconscious friend.

My full and detailed PoV: Me and the boys are looting NWAF when we come across a group of about 6 people at the tents. They immediately start running away from us so we initiated. They keep running into the woods so we fire on them. I keep chasing them and get initiated on. I get shot in the foot but keep running and bandage. Someone gets shot and knocked unconcious from my group (dont remember who) and I flank to try to kill them. As im running I come across a man in red so I re-initate because I dont remember him being in the group, he doesnt comply so we fire on him. We all move outside the walls and see a few. We take shots at them and I end up killing 2? people that I had KoS on. One for non-compliance and the other for shooting at me from behind a tree.

The real question is who shut the officer tent door and begin to light it up?

Ok so I have cleared up a few things, the main reason for the report was to find out who fired on some of my guys before the initiation and it obviously wasn't the Irish as I have discussed it with them. At the moment I dont expect whoever did shoot to come forward so unless the staff team wants to continue with the report and chase other leads regarding the third party then I would rather not to take up anymore of staff's time.
