Detailed description of the events: Me and Winston was heading to a town past vavilovo to set up a base i was carrying a barrel, and as we where running in the trees above lapetino i think and we see a guy in the town who is running another direction so we just keep running to our destination we, we run down to a road that goes out of lapetino and keep running. at this point we have noticed that the man we saw earlier is following  us in the tree line besides us it was very obvious. Anyways we keep running and we see a man on the road we go up to him and say hello he i can't quite remember what he says but as hes talking i look back and the guy who had been following us was pointing his gun at us so we quickly say that we should be on our way. We run over a field to avoid a town and we see that the two men are chasing us, more and more of them keep appearing until there is about 6-8 people chasing us so we run even further until we get to a tree line we had accepted that we were going to get robbed so we try to hide in some bushes but shortly after they come and initiate. they take our radio and and bags and tie us up. TheJuggernut starts to talk about winstons dad raping him and beating him and starts knocking winston out with out reason ever time he got up TheJuggernu would ask a stupid question and knock him out when he was done talking to winston he started talking to me we talked abit about how winston was raised, then he started knocking me out without reason. he ended up killing winston because he hit him in the chest to many times. I think it was a really shitty experience, there was only one guy talking and the other 7 people stood still and looted.

The Rp wasnt too bad to me, what set me off was the fact that i died

Me and Axleet did notice these men chasing us for a while, we figured they wanted our barrel, we had a town in mind and we kept going that way. We had not come in contact just yet. We were on a dirt road when a man was standing, jogging backwards. We spoke to him.

Axleet had realized there was someone poiting a gun at us, i did not see it, there was no initiation yet. I told the man on the dirt road that we must keep going. So we continued on. We had another man in the town volivo, of which we want to occupy. He told us that there was a significant ammount, 8 he counted.

Me and axleet were terrified, in no way were we avoiding any rp, when theres 8 or so people obviously following you you arent going to stop, it was pretty clear hat your intention was negative. I just want to make that point clear before someone says it.

Realisicaly you wouldnt stop for 8 people whove been chasing you, especially when you have a valuable barrell.

Anyways as Axleet stated, we realized we had no where to go, Axleet was thirsty and if we kept running he mightve died from dehydration eventually.

We hid in bushes awaiting the initiation. Some time passed and a bunch of Irish sounding accents started telling us to put our guns down. We complied. we were tied up and they went through our stuff as a usuall robbing.

The one man (Juggernat) throught this whole experience is punching us and knocking us out so many damn times. It shows you could care less about the rp, because we very well couldve died in the first punch, youre supposed to type the punches, or atleast ask first.

At one point maggie gets up from unconciousness, and says something to herself, without any warning she is punched out agan, you knocked us out 3 times or more each. Why is that even neccesary for rp

The situation was just bad i like hostage rp but this was just confusing, you claim to have yelled at us but i never heard a thing.

In the end i did indeed mutter "f**k you" to myself, and then i asked a question, the man (jug) comes over yelling at me and kills me with a punch.

It was not neccesary to punch me again, even if it was not your intention to kill me, you still did, you should type it that you punch. I know b typing it makes it somewhat annoying, but its far better than killing your histage.

If i was unheathy i couldve died from the first punch. Most of the punches were arbitrary. I will upload the video i have either tonight or

I just want to say that as we talked to one of your men on the road we had also seen that another guy had been followed us and was pointing his gun at us so we didnt wanna be involved with you so we ran as we clearly saw that you wanted to rob us.

Reason:

Throughout the situation, you punch the OP multiple times. The Roleplay was completely destroyed by your punching of the OP. Not at the end when he was killed but throughout the situation where you constantly were hitting him for little reasons.

It is a well known part of DayZ Standalone in its current state, that if you punch someone enough times, they will die. It's common sense. Not just in the game but in real life too. If you punch someone enough times on the head, they will die.

Now although you might not have meant to kill him, the fact remains that you did kill him.

In your PoV you state the following:

Intention wasn't for him to die, but he didn't comply to the demands made of him and as such I guess his death is his own fault.

At no point in the moments leading up to when you killed him, was the OP non-compliant. He muttered "Fuck you" quietly under his breath. This is not non-compliance, this is RolePlay. Non-compliance would have been his complete refusal to do as he was told however if you watch the video, this is not the case. He stands up and is asking who he should follow.

What you could have done better would be to emote inflicting pain on the victim. Roleplaying it out using text emotes.

Trying to justify this as 'he was non-compliant, the kill was legit' is futile. He was compliant, the kill was not legitimate.
