Detailed description of the events: We were running at a heli crash and saw a guy and I shot in the air to show we wanted to talk and I go to the shed and he disconnects in the shed. Video shows it

My POV:

I held back around 3-400m from the crashsite. As my two friends approached the wreck the guy started sprinting away and went into the little shack off to the right.

I am really sorry for any inconvenience, I honestly did not see any people while I ran too and from the crash site. I just ran to the shack to log out and eat lunch. If I have to serve a ban I'll take it. Sorry I honestly didn't see anyone.

Hey sorry for the inconvenience. I did not hear any shots and saw no one headed towards me. I was just logging out to eat lunch. If I would have seen any of you I would have interacted. From the video, it could very likely have been he hadn't seen you at all.  You were quite far out when he began to run away.

You were not in talking distance, as admitted in the video.

You fire two shots into the air and even one of your group members even says he didn't hear it.

He runs to the shack, and you run to the copter where you stop for a bit, and find the mag.  If you had gone right towards the accused you may have actually been able to contact him before he logged out.

Do you still feel that this was a situation of avoiding RP?

There are no connection logs for him on S1 today, nor did he reconnect to s2 after disconnecting in the shack.

Glad an understanding of the situation could be met.  This was definitely a report worth making and discussing.

My only advice to the accused, try to be a little more aware of your surroundings, we feel you didn't mean to break immersion, but have a look around, you never know who's watching you.
