Name/Skin of suspect/s: Jeff Gilligan and Mike Gilligan - They where the two wearing Gorka helmets in the video.

Suspects weapon/s: AKM and SKS (not relevant)

Friendly/Enemy vehicles involved (if any): None

Additional evidence? (video/screenshot): Sorry for the whole video not being one piece, my FPS was bad up at GM so I only turned of fraps when something was going on. However the events taking place are all within 5-10 minutes of their arrival.

Detailed description of the events: So we went up to Green Mountain and the RP was better than what we where expecting. We stuck around for awhile, eating pumpkins with the other people, and then these two walk in. They both ran inside and without saying much other than asking for a magazine. They ran around everyone, checking their pulses without saying a word. Awhile later one starts to randomly punching the wall for no reason. Next thing I know one of them cries out "why is there human steak on the ground?!" or something like that. At this point they where making a scene about it and we had enough. We quietly started to make our way outside of the compound and in a last effort to get some RP out of one of them I was completely ignored.

Due to evidence being brought to light for both Accused being underage, they have both been banned from the server and will have to follow these steps if they are indeed over 16.

Underage blacklist:
