Detailed description of the events:

I walk up into Green mountain after there was a hostage situation in GM, roughly 10 - 15 minutes after it had ended, I enter GM and notice a man with a red armband by the side of gm. I approach to Rp, I begin to speak with him, With him only saying a single word which i presumed was "Hello" Then as i turn the corner i spot 2 people. Red shirt and Gas mask. Red shirt had their gun raised and I Rp it out. Then after turning back to the first man i had seen. Gun shot, You are dead screen.

Thats all that happend, Less than a minute of walking into GM, Get shot with no initiation or any type of communication.

After attempting to discuss this out in TeamSpeak, I still have my beliefs of a rule break.

We initiated on you multiple times. We had hostages in the admin bulding because we heard them conspiring against us. Loads of people started coming in the compound, so we had to get them out of the area. We initiated on you, and others multiple times. You heard/saw the initiation, and understood it. You left, then came back, all the while knowing that you were not complying to the initiation demands which was to leave the mountain.

The point still stands that we were in a semi-active/active firefight with people who had taken shots at us in the woods. We didn't know who you were with, and we had already initiated multiple times. You came back knowing full well that we had kos rights on you. You chose to ignore the initiation that you knew included you, and came back into a situation where you could have been (and was) killed. You were at the mountain for a good amount of time, and saw/heard most if not all of the initiations for people to leave. You were also not part of our dynamic group.

No, I usually hang around at Green Mountain, And well, when i was walking into green mountain there was an initiation,

 As this initiation was not pointed to me as I had still not been spotted but to another person who was at the gates Of GM

when that had happened I had walked in, In game, I was too far to the side, to be able to hear the stuff going on, I would walk in, Approach the Admin building and gesture me knocking on the door, With then hearing clay ask who is at the door, I was text rp'ing at this point. So it will show on the logs, Clay asks who is there I respond with "Vass" This is what they know me as in game, As I had helped them in many scenarios to help to their survival to to help hold someone up. He asks me to leave, This point there were no initiations yet. I agree and as i was walking away from the gates heading pogrevka direction, I stumble upon 2 people, i ask what they are doing here, and they tell me something along the lines of that there are some hostile people that they have been watching, after talking to them and them saying the people in the compound are bad, and somewhat planning an attack, or so i understood, Then right after hearing them talk about that, I get up from the ditch and approach the gate, And TextRp Yelling to clay that there are 4 people in the ditch that are planning against you.

After this we had ran down to the bottom and one of had died Robert Smith. After we had found out, We re-grouped at the bottom of Gm and Rp'd for about 5 minutes before i had to go afk because of my dog vomiting all about the living room.

  It was then that i had gone afk, after coming back there was no one near me at the bottom of Gm so i head towards Zelenogorsk school to drink from the well, then afterwards i run back to gm. I enter GM and ask if anyone is still in the tower. And then i spot a man to my right, at the edge of the narrow space between the guard shack and the admin building, i begin to talk, with no response. I get killed.

Sure, It was part of their KOS rights, As they had initiated on me whilst i was with a group of people. They could've Rp'd with me only to know my name, As I am a friend of theirs INGAME. I Had not expected to be shot the second i walked in, As Community helper "Clumsy" pointed out to me that this could be slight NVFL, But I had not expected them to actually kill a person whom had helped them survive and is a friend of theirs. They couldve of continued Rp with initiating on me and having some sort of hostage RP to find out who I am, Here is where I believe they chose RulePlay>RolePlay.

My POV:  I was watching the whole situation from the ditch, that's when multiple people decided to come in the ditch with me and ask what is going on.  Blah blah blah hostage situation and then Brandon, Will, and possibly others initiate on ALL of us in the ditch and tell us to get off the mountain or we will be shot.  Apollo was present for this, he was right next to me.  The exact initiation was "Get the fuck off the mountain or you will be shot."  Apollo you heard it as clear as day and we began running.  We meet up again at the bottom and I give you the dead man's AK.  You go AFK and I don't feel like sitting around waiting for you so I follow Shoo and Skyler to the town.  I get some water and Skyler goes back up to get revenge.  He finds Jasper and someone asks me if we initiated on a man with an AK to get off the mountain.  I tell them yeah that's the guy I gave an AK.  So they shoot you.

You clearly understood there was a hostile situation going on and you still went up to the mountain after being told to get off it by multiple people with heavy duty guns.  While you went up there all by yourself with nothing but an AK you were swiftly killed for non-compliance to get off the mountain.  This makes no fucking sense you knew there was an initiation and yet we broke a rule?  If anything you committed NVFL running up there after being initiated on all by yourself.

Less than a minute of walking into GM, Get shot with no initiation or any type of communication.

Looks like you clearly understood it.  Also you seem to be upset as you are apparently friends with Clay ICly and feel you should not have been killed due to that.  If there is a hostile situation going on yeah I would expect him to kick whoever the hell wasn't with him out of the area.  It's not like your character is close friends with him such as Brandon, Bryce, Batista and so on.

TL;DR You saw the initiation, you did not comply, you died.

This was from the first initiation, Not afterwards when i had re-entered GM.

When I had re-entered GM for the final time, They had not spoken To me then I was killed. I try my best to put as much information in my POV's. I like the admins to fully understand my POV, Thats why I even go and talk to them in TS3 for aslong as i can to clarify my POV.

My PoV (Brandon McEvoy)

We initiated on 2 rude people in GM. One of them complied, one didn't and died. Multiple people start coming up the compound and start to conspire to save the hostage. We then initiate on them due to this saying to leave the mountain or they would be shot. Most of them did comply with the exception of 2 or 3 randoms. The OP followed our 2 inside men, Rin and Hirohito, and stayed on the mountain. He then AFKd on the mountain in the treeline came back, walked up the compound and was shot due to non-compliance. The OP chose to stay on the mountain for a while after the initiation left the mountain and willingly came back up to the compound knowing full well that he could easily be shot for this. There was no metagaming, most of us did not know the OP in character. There is no ruleplay as we could have easily gun down the OP when he went AFK on the mountain after we initiated on him telling him to leave the mountain. We chose to wait, thinking that he might decide to leave before entering the compound. He ended up entering the compound so he was shot. We had multiple opportunities to shoot the OP before this, but we waited.

After coming back and entering I was only using VOIP, This easily could've been some other guy walking into GM. My question is how did you know who I was? Some of you claim that you DO NOT know me in game, So you couldn't of said you recognized my voice, or face as i had a face mask on.

 And as I had said, I came into the compound with a different bag and different shirt, From an orange damaged raincoat (During the night time) then when I had re-approached the compound for the final time, I was wearing a red hiking shirt and was actually talking in VOIP. This couldve easily been some different person walking up to the mountain.

All we can do is wait until the video evidence is uploaded to show all that had happened.

I told you in TS that they were not firing back. We ID them as hostages that we had held from earlier and saw them aiming guns at the tower. We did not peak them, so they never hit us.

Did you know their names? If so I would like to know if they were actually at the gates, With their guns raised at you guys, Because from what i can make out of all your POV's is that you were aware of people outside wanting to kill you guys, The Hostages. And that you had one of your members at the outside of the gates, So they would've naturally been fired upon if the hostages were outside, with Hostages outside, With you claiming they had their guns aimed at you inside the compound. They would've at least of talked, Maybe even text rp.
