Detailed description of the events: Well there was a situation whrre he was killed an hour opr so before and he shows back up to the mountain. We chase him to pog and there is a potential situation in the church so i sit across in the log cabin. All of a sudden i am shot but not killed with no initiation and i kill him. But he returned an hour before and acted on his KOS is what me and my friends believe. This is possibly NLR.

Charlie Chaska POV:

I was at the mountain when one or more of the Venskia's were killed. At that situation, we held up Beau Amari because he was being very hostile towards me, following me around the compound asking for my name (also trying to pulse check me) and was constantly asking about Clay. Clay shows up and Beau attempts to disguise himself but he had no mask on, and we would recognise his face and voice at this point. We take him hostage in the admin building, and while Clay is RPing with him, two people (presumably the Venskia's) walk in the admin building and initiate on Clay and whomever else was in there. Bryce White kills both of them, and then Clay executes Beau because we've had extensive interactions in the past that would warrant an execution. We believe one of the Venskia's survived, not sure who though.

Now, onto this event. About an hour (give or take) later, we are still up at the mountain and Bryce White gets shot 3 times. He survives, and we heal him up. We ask everyone there if they saw/heard who shot, nobody knows. Someone comes up and leaves, we find out that it was Kyle Venskia. We are not sure whether or not Kyle was one of the Venskia's to survive the event earlier, or if it was in fact 90 minutes later, but logs should show.

Chasing a guy from GM to Pogorevka and he doesn't speak to Clay as he's trying to RP. The guy basically starts trolling and says he needs to go to the church. When we get there, his friends initiate on the church, and they get killed. The guy runs off.

I was not there for him being killed, but I can confirm that he indeed showed up at GM/Pogorevka area...

First of all, I was not trolling with RP, I was lagging so I could not hear him properly and I was asking to go to the church because I was getting cold and I asked if we could start a fire in there, and in the grand scheme of things It does look like I only waited about 55-ish minutes to head back but from when I traveled to meet with friends in Pogorevka which is 950 meters from GM, I understand what happened and sorry for that, I understand that I did break NLR But I am very sorry and the only reason I did break it is because in the heat of the moment It felt that the 45 minutes I took to get there felt like forever, because I ran from Kamyshovo all the way down the coast, and then up through zelenogorsk. If you'd like clay I can talk to you on teamspeak and apologize and go into more detail on the situation, sorry for this and I understand it is my fault.
