Autumn said to me "Why did you make a thread after you left?" to which I replied "I didn't? What one?" and he pointed out the thread that was listed above my leaving thread because it had a more recent reply. He didn't realise that is how it works so I jokingly said "You're such a white name".

My ban then followed.

Removal of ban from TS, I don't play here anymore but I still use it to talk to pals

Perhaps if you're gonna appeal this you'd want to include the whole story, not just the part where you called him a white name. I've listened to the recording, there's quite a few bits that you've conveniently skipped above that lead to your ban.

I joined TS earlier on the 30th of October after some... health related issues. (While I realize that this doesn't excuse anything. I feel as though it should be noted). I did not go into TS with a 'witch-hunt' in mind, but upon seeing Hatch with his ts name as 'A Whitename' I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed him to change it. I gave him a time limit, at least I believe. However, he continued to try to change it back to which I may have banned him for a 1 second and a minute, this may have been seen as some 'banter'. These were my warnings. Whilst I wasn't explicit on this with the OP, he came back and proceeded to entice the entire room to change their TS name to 'Whitename'. Few did but quickly changed back as they realized it was a joke, but I was taking absolute note of it. 

Talk of Hatch's leaving thread came up, I began looking over his account and in my judgement decided to speak of his 'making another thread' since then. This is completely false as I am still becoming accustomed to the thread making process. It listed a thread more recently responded to above his leaving thread, thus why I mentioned it. 

After mentioning it, I got a response and backpedaled as I read exactly when the thread was made. As Hatch said 'You are such a Whitename'. On that note, I banned him from TS with the note. (Make a ban appeal and stay gone.)

While I feel my message/ban message was un-professional, I felt his ban from TS was not. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (As do I for most people) when these things come up, he abused this leniency and paid for it.

I only added in the bit that was before my ban. All the other stuff was a while before the ban and the reason why I see the ban as unjust is because I got banned for jokingly calling Autumn a "white name". 

The whole time I was in the Ts I was joking about and didn't go there to be edgy or start conflict; the mood of the channel was also happy and joking about. 

When Autumn banned me for calling him a white name it seemed he banned me for that exact reason; especially due to the ban message being related to the thread discussion.

I apologise if I struck a nerve of Autumn's, like I said it was just friendly talk and I didn't realise Autumn lost his cool so quickly. All in fairness he could have just left the channel to cool off seeing I wasn't doing anything to do with rulebreaking at that time.

Not sure what else to say apart from sorry for hitting a nerve; I'll only joke with friends next time.

Note to you Autumn, if you ever ban someone like this again please use the ban message relating to the actual issue and not something personal to you. It appears you were rather unprofessional when you banned me for calling you a "whitename" which isn't even offensive and was in a joking manner; it's not even a rulebreak.

I honestly didn't realise this would be such a big thing. Like I said I'm not here to start conflict or burn my bridges; just having a laugh with some community members.

It just seems from the recording that you were purposely trying to agitate Autumn by changing your name and refusing to cooperate with what he was asking.  I can completely understand why he banned you from TS.  As you were trolling him the entire time and it wasn't just from simply calling him a whitename.

It has been discussed with him how the the ban message was completely inappropriate.

After listening to 1 hour recording of the conversations in the TeamSpeak, it is clear to us that your behavior were no mere jokes but intentional and deliberate trolling and trying to provoke Autumn into taking action by changing your TeamSpeak name, encouraging other people in the channel to change their names, telling them to scream things just to annoy the Game Master present. You also state that "A petty GM can't stop me, you know?", which shows no respect for the staff member.

For your trolling on TS and provoking staff members and causing unrest in the channel you will receive standard 7 day ban and ban strike for trolling.

Also I'd like to point out that you've recently posted a leaving thread, but are still visiting and participating in the community, something that may lead to your posting rights being suspended, as per standard procedure. Please clarify your activity situation in your thread if needed.

At the same time, Autumns responses and behavior in the channel left much to be desired. Autumn did not act professionally or respectfully, something that we require from all staff members, regardless of trolls or provoking actions. For this unprofessional and bad behavior Autumn will receive a staff strike.
