Me and Dew hoped in the help desk looking for some laughs, Shark warned us not to and we didn't listen at the time. Maj pulled us up me and Dew started fake arguing and then we got perm'd off the TS for trolling. Dew and I thought this wasn't really that much of a bad idea at the time considering we haven't been warned before about this kind of behavior and usually have a laugh with some of the staff too, so we thought nothing of it.  

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

Not be permanently banned on the TS

What could you have done better?:

There are times to have a laugh with some people, and using the help desk ain't one of'em.

To be technical, he didn't say don't go into the help desk. He dragged us down and said if we wanted an opinion from a staff member for our conversation why not ask him since we were in the new comer's channel at the time and we said we wanted the opinion of people that were lower ranks like CH's. It was a more of a indirect warning that I didn't really catch on to until after I got banned and talked to him about.
