My name is Dominic Redhill, and I -will- find my son!

Greetings everyone, Tinkatron here! 

Would just like to introduce myself briefly to the DayZRP Community now that I have been given the all-clear to play. 

Bit of something about my character!

My name is Dominic Redhill. I came to Chernarus with my wife in search of our son, Noah, a young doctor who volunteered to enter the crisis as part of the UN response. It took months of planning and demanded all of our resources to get here for we have fallen into debts that will never in our lives be repayable. We have forsaken our home, our friends and our families to get to these cursed shores. Whether or not we find our beloved son is not certain... what is certain is that my wife and I can never return, for to do so would mean suicide. The unbelievable sums of money we have loaned from my various contacts in the criminal underworld can only be paid for with our blood. But non of this matters, I would gladly give my life so that my son could have his.

After days at sea we found our destination and within the first hour after landing on the shoreline outside of Berezino, we made first contact with what we prayed were human. Before we even knew what was happening they were already swarming, seeping from every alleyway in sight. In a desperate struggle to escape we ran, climbing over fences and bursting through the abandoned houses. In a brief moment of rest I held my wife close, kissing her gently on the forehead as I promised her that everything would be alright; that we would make it out alive. Before long the infected had broken into the building and so our only option was to run, as fast as our legs could allow. Within seconds of stepping outside of the door they were upon us like locust but there was one opening in the crowd, so we bolted. As we almost but the clearing behind us, a bullet burst through my wife's chest spraying her blood across my own. There had been no sound of gunfire, nor had any other shots been fired. I caught her mid-fall and laid her softy to the ground, my hands trying to stop the bleeding. Within sight were the rapidly approaching infected. I thought this can't be happening, not now, I love you... you can't leave me. Her eyes rolled backwards and her last breath escaped her lips, my eyes blurred from tears I held her head in the safety of my arms one last time and then ran. With the infected headed our way I knew what would befall her next, but I had no time to carry her from that gruesome fate. I ran, utterly broken, away from the body of my soulmate, Ashleigh...

In shock and in fear, I made my way back to the hired fishing boat that we had arrived in for shelter and safety. To my horror, the boat was in flames and nearby on the ground lay a picket reading "Nobody gets out!". I fell to my knees in disbelief and let hours pass, amongst the smouldering ruins of my boat I recovered a supply pack; inside a charred photograph of my wife holding our baby boy. In that moment I picked myself up. clenching the photograph within my bloodied fingers with eyes sore from the endless tears and headed West.

So my name is Tinkatron, my tag for pretty much all games involves has "Tink" at the start so most people usually just call me that. I love gaming, although I'm mainly a console gamer (Xbox One currently) I do have a semi-decent PC for playing the odd MMO and of course, DayZ. However, I guess the main thing that you should know about me is that I am a University student studying Music Tech in the UK; as music is my first and foremost passion! I can't wait to start playing with you all, for better or for worse! If you gave any of the above a read and there is something wrong with it lore-wise please do let me know so I can alter it. I hope I can involve other people with my characters quest at some point in the future, maybe you think you could be some bandits who took him? Maybe you saw someone matching his description? Anything really.
